      DEILD Help?

Ugh. I'm not sure how to approach this. I am confident in training myself to not have eyes open when awakening, I just need to be awake!

I "remembered" to do some DEILD attempts a few times last night. The thing is, after a few minutes of a peaceful, groggy state, when fully reaching my awareness, I'm like, "SHIT! I forgot to DEILD!" How do I do this?

Try this, let yourself fall back into sleep immediatley and repeat over and over in your head "This is a dream." You want to be awake for only moments. It should be when you have woken from a dream. Start picturing that the dream never ended. Pretend you are still asleep and still having the dream, while repeating 'this is a dream.' That is pretty much all there is to it. If it works, you fall back asleep quickly, and your brain just starts up the dream where it left off, except you are now aware that it is a dream.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

you need to try an exit tek as soon as you can after waking up, try and do t within 5-10 seconds. and try it for a few seconds and if you dont start to feel it working then swap to another. keep going through teks when they dont work for about 4 teks then repeat them all a few more times. when one starts working stick with it.

DEILD only worked for me, if I don't really wake up. Have to stay half asleep, just realizing you had a dream and you are waking up. This is something I can't do on purpose, it just has to happen. Best time is when I WILD during morning nap (1-2 hrs after waking up on the morning).

Each time I tried when already awake but still laying still with intent to DEILD, it didn't work. But don't let this discourage you. More you think about it, more likely the chance of this thought popping in your mind when waking up from a dream and you conciously enter another dream. Happy dreams

No, guys, the problem is that, when I wake up from a dream, I sit there for like 5 minutes, eyes open, moving, just getting comfortable, then I remember that I forgot to DEILD.

Well, yes. Just think about it more and you will remember.
