Please read through this thread. It will explain a lot about why you should not worry about SP at all.

It took me many tries to get a WILD. It's a complex technique and so many things have to go just right to be able to achieve it. You don't enter SP (sleep paralysis) and that's great, as you don't need it.
People who do feel SP, they also feel it during normal sleep. If you have not felt it so far, you will not feel it during WILDing.

I do frighten easily too. But just so you know, you may not have any hallucinations at all. And since you know they are all made by your mind, they can not hurt you. If you have any, they last very short time and the reward if you stay calm is a lucid dream.
Thanks man your advice really helped me out and @ Ekyu You helped me also.I will just have to get over my fears for sleep paralysis and just go with the flow and just see how my dreams play out.thanks
