      Using binaural beats while WILDing

Will it work if I listen to binaural beats while WILDing?

they help me with relaxation and thats all i can say
Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

It depends, I've heard people say that they work wonders and I've heard others say they do nothing. Give them a try and see what happens. It never actually got me through a WILD but it helps with relaxation.

I tried this one this morning:

I didn't find it to be too effective, but that's probably because I am not used to using earphones while I sleep.

Thinking about trying some binaural beats tonight while doing mantra.
I tried some yesterday and listened to them about 15 minutes before going to sleep.

I think it's a great way to meditate during a WBTB session but it keeps me too awake for WILD. I am thinking about adding some white noise since I am used to sleeping with a fan.

besides relaxation, i agree that it can keep you awake, and you decide if its good ( if you are too sleepy ) or not. its probably a good thing under some conditions..thats why it can be effective sometimes i guess

i use this one because its only 15 minutes, the time it takes for me to get relaxed and some HI

btw, i havent wilded yest, mostly because i give up when fear kicks in, and some weird sensations occur...

      That's awesome
I've never got any HIs, if it works this night that's gonna be amazing.

I hate it when I listen to binaural beats and it buffers in the middle lol

I like that one VagalTone. Thanks for sharing. BTW, MrOMGWTF, I download youtube videos and convert them to MP3 all the time. No buffering! If you have Android check out tubemate. It wont be in the market. Just do a google search.
