I think it's a great way to meditate during a WBTB session but it keeps me too awake for WILD. I am thinking about adding some white noise since I am used to sleeping with a fan.

besides relaxation, i agree that it can keep you awake, and you decide if its good ( if you are too sleepy ) or not. its probably a good thing under some conditions..thats why it can be effective sometimes i guess

i use this one because its only 15 minutes, the time it takes for me to get relaxed and some HI

btw, i havent wilded yest, mostly because i give up when fear kicks in, and some weird sensations occur...

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

      That's awesome
I've never got any HIs, if it works this night that's gonna be amazing.

I hate it when I listen to binaural beats and it buffers in the middle lol
