      During Night(Wake Up)
      1. Shift position.
      2. Imagine being in bedroom walking around touching/seeing/hearing things.

It looks like a DEILD/WILD technique? I don't really see much wrong with it myself. Really its not far off from a MILD.

I'm not sure the prebed supplements are going to do much for you. I suppose it can be helpful but doing everything night will lose it's effect. You might try taking supplements after 4-5 hours. Also I think b6 and choline doesn't mix well for some reason. I'll have to check that though.

I agree with Xanous that the choline in particular might be of more benefit to you after several hours of sleep.

Choline is used to form acetylcholine in the brain. High levels of acetylcholine are associated with REM sleep. You will naturally have higher levels of acetylcholine in the early morning and lower levels late at night.

If your choline supplement is one of the choline salts like choline bitartrate or choline citrate, it has a very fast time to peak plasma. Therefore, you'll get the best effect from taking it right before REM gets heavy, which is likely to be after one of your later wake-ups. This allows it to work with the natural rhythms of your sleep cycle rather than against them.

As for the technique itself, I like the sound of it. The tactile sensations are great at drawing you into a dream and I find them to be great for DEILD and WILD (as well as for salvaging a dream.) Xanous, reminds me a bit of your bike-riding DEILD technique or the "gladius trick".

Good luck and congratulations on the baby!

Cheers for the help guys. I will try the choline during the night then.

Glad you like the technique :-)

Yep very much so except mine is more of a stationary repetitive motion. I actually used it this morning but lost focus. Anyway, the reason I thought it looked like a MILD technique is because it's very close to what I do. OBE's come naturally to me so I often visualize myself going into SP/REM Atonia and getting out of bed and doing various things in my room or house.

Also, Sorry I guess mixing B6 and Choline would be ok. It was a couple other supplements that I was thinking of in Yuschak's book 5-HTP and L-Dopa. So...Err never mind... I didn't really see anything against combining B6 and Choline. But I should say that (it's completely up to you) you should try each one separately before combining or you will never know which one is actually helping.

So good luck! And welcome to the forums!
