I know you probably have like 100+ threads about this so I'm sorry for making another but I have questions for you, I've had sleep paralysis like two or three times before I knew about lucid dreaming but about 5 months ago I started trying to lucid dream, iv had no luck so far but I'm interested in the WILD method and I know that one of the ways to achieve a WILD is through sleep paralysis and this is the route I'm interested in.
For the last week I've been trying to achieve sleep paralysis not just for lucidity but I just want to experience SP and maybe an OBE.
So I seen a few you tube videos but one stood out it seemed like a good method, it said that I should wake up early go about my day but at around 7 or 8pm to go asleep for between an hour or two then wake up do whatever for about an hour no more than two then go back to bed and relax and wait for it to kick in.
So what's your opinions on this, what is the simplest way to achieve sleep paralysis, how long will it take for the paralysis to start.
Also just an extra question in your opinions do you find that Binural Beats or Isochromic tones actually work what type works bests like what Hz would you recommend.
