Well, I read about people saying that when vibrations stop, or you end up just seeing blackness, or anything like that, you already may be in a dream. It was really hard for me to believe. But I said to myself, that I will give it a try.

So next time when I was WILDing, I saw my room, but thought nothing of it. I didn't realize that my eyes are closed, yet, I can see, so I must be in a dream. But I remembered what I intended to do and I stood up from my sofa. And I found myself in 3D environment of a lucid dream.

So since then, my mantra was "when I see my room, I get up". So I don't forget. And also after vibrations or anything strange I check if I'm in a dream. Sometimes I'm not, but I'm ok with that.
