Second, I'm doing WILD's in class, and I'm trying to stay somewhat alert so that I can still answer questions if my name is called in class.
Third, I'm getting really powerful spasms, like my arm will flop or my whole back will tense up very suddenly.
I'm wondering if anyone found a way to stay alert in waking life while still being able to maintain a dream without getting powerful spasms as a side effect?
