      Twitching while trying to WILD

      OK, I know there are some topics like this, but I had to make one. So while I am trying to WILD I get these twitches. I've read other topics and there are just minor twitches (they happen to me too), but today my whole body twitches. It is very annoying. I count when I am WILD-ing, so it comes like a meditation in a way since it clears my mind and as soon as white light appears (beginning of my transition), my whole body moves and I lose it. How to get rid of them?

      I've tried 61 point relaxation technique, I can't seem to pull it off, stretching group of muscles has negative effect, imagining my muscles are relaxing also no effect, what to use to relax?

      Also, I want to mention I am sleepwalker, does that changes anything?
