Hello there, i'm new to the WILD method and i have been attempting to do it for the last 2 days. I have a problem right now that is preventing me from advancing to a lucid dream or any things that lead to it. |

Thanks for the warm welcome. I have been trying to get into lucid dreaming for a long time, but i only had low-quality lucid dreams as far as i can remember. This will be exciting once i get the method down properly. All this time i was afraid of the WILD technique but i feel like this is the technique that will work best for me, ironically |

There is nothing to be affraid of. Many, including me, enjoy all the crazy sensations that you may or may not get when WILDing. For me they make the whole experience even better. |

Nowadays I actually enjoy the crazy hypnagogic sensations that you get right before entering a dream, more than the dream itself. But I've always been a sucker for the psychedelic |

Actually, i'm following this tutorial. But one thing that bothers me is that there is no description as to what will happen after i hold an anchor down. Am i supposed to just go with the flow until i'm in a dream? |
