      Exclamation Falling unconscious?

Hello there, i'm new to the WILD method and i have been attempting to do it for the last 2 days. I have a problem right now that is preventing me from advancing to a lucid dream or any things that lead to it.
After sleeping for a while, i wake up then i go back to bed, i relax. Only a very short time then i lose it and wake up from a dream later on realizing i went unconscious. What should i do to avoid this?
I know about anchors, but how should i use them and when do i start doing them?

You can start using the anchor as soon as you lay down to WILD. If you find that it keeps you awake, you can let yourself get more sleepy and start your mantras/anchors later. It's a fine balancing act and it will be likely different for you every time. You will just have to get a feel for it.

I recommend this WILD tutorial by Sageous. It's long, but you will not be sorry. WILD

You can ask your questions here in sageous's thread http://www.dreamviews.com/wild/12557...mentals-q.html.

      Good luck and have fun.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I have been trying to get into lucid dreaming for a long time, but i only had low-quality lucid dreams as far as i can remember. This will be exciting once i get the method down properly. All this time i was afraid of the WILD technique but i feel like this is the technique that will work best for me, ironically

There is nothing to be affraid of. Many, including me, enjoy all the crazy sensations that you may or may not get when WILDing. For me they make the whole experience even better.

      Have fun

Nowadays I actually enjoy the crazy hypnagogic sensations that you get right before entering a dream, more than the dream itself. But I've always been a sucker for the psychedelic

Actually, i'm following this tutorial. But one thing that bothers me is that there is no description as to what will happen after i hold an anchor down. Am i supposed to just go with the flow until i'm in a dream?
With the rest of this talk, i'm moving over to Sageous's thread. Lets just hope all goes well.

Amen Brother! H.I. is my favorite hobby, a small step above the dreaming if you ask me.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.
