Was this Out of Body Experience or just Lucid Dream?Help please.

I just woke up from weird experience.
I was dreaming that I was in the forest and climbing really vertical and old concrete stairs who went to mountain top like 4-5 meter high. It was really hard to climb.

At the top was two old concrete bunkers from world war two and then I realized that I have already seen this place in one of My dreams.(Some kind of deja vu inside experience feeling). When I was at the top I went in the bunker on My right and there was this wooden locker. I opened it and there was items in it like bullets and white figures with stars on them.

I took a picture with My digital camera and looked at it. There was a shadow of My two fingers over it, so I took another picture but this time in middle of box was really popular top of industry singer's head. I took the picture and when I looked at it the face in the picture was blurred out and kept blurring in front of My eyes. Then I got really scared feeling and went horizontal down and shaking energetically, but My body was paralyzed(probably sleep paralysis). I calmed down and let this shaking to continue and I heard really loud in both My ears sounds similar like winning jackpot and digital numbers running around me. I felt feeling that reality was glitched and crashing. Then I woke up.

The question is? Was I Lucid dreaming or was I out the body? Was the end feelings of the experience typical returning back to body feelings?
And why that singer's face in the picture was blurry and got blurier causing Me fear?

Ahh you had a very cool experience

This was definitely an out of body, the shaking and sleep paralysis are common but not necessary.

Emotions have a strong effect on dreams and out of body experiences so if u are ever scared remember it is just a dream and breathe a little more deeply than normal to calm yourself.

It is not a lucid dream unless you knew you were dreaming.

In an OBE you will feel as if you have left your body for some alternative version of reality.

The final experience sounds like the natural experience of half sleep. You became some what aware of your physical senses while still in a dream like state. It causes drug like experiences such as vibrations, euphoria, and spinning.
