I've honestly noticed these synchronies before. Like on a day that I have a really good lucid dream after having been out for months, it happens to a few other people too. Or on a day I have a nightmare a bunch of other people who don't really have nightmares that often have one too. I could hypothesize that its something to do with being on dreamviews and somehow everybody gets the same ideas in their head reading some post but I'm not really that active of a member anymore, and am just dropping in whenever I have an interesting dream to share with everyone.

self-harm reality check is great (if you're up for it, but I wouldn't risk stabbing myself). Once I dreamt I cut myself and saw the blood and all, but I didn't feel any pain. That happened twice, the first time I did a back handspring on the wrong side of my hands. Both times I should have realized it was a dream.

Hehe you wrote hospital feeling room.Did you mean waiting room? That is a messed up prank to appear as cute boys but I can see myself falling for it. This might sound weird but, the heart rate monitor thing reminds me of when I get anxious when I can't go to sleep. I try to stay calm and watch tv if I cant fall asleep though. Anyways reading about how you guys interacted was fun. I enjoyed every minute of it. Especially the part of Manei mentioning how he cant appear like she does and his haircut. After reading your notes I can see many parts where I agree with you. Non lucids have been feeling more like lucids again.For me its because their more stable, somewhat longer and my senses such as touch feel on point too. Which is why I think your statement of "powering up" semi lucids is a good idea. It can also be train of thought. The more you think of it as faulty, the more likely it will probably turn.

Sorry you felt demotivated from competitions and went through tuff times during it. I felt demotivated too at times. Sometimes you feel you did your best but used your energy for nothing. But looking at it as "improving yourself" is definitely the way to go.Also, since there's no real prize in the end, I changed my point of view in the beginning from a heated competition to a competition where I and others support each other to do better or just enjoy our dreams while just adding points. No matter if they turn out to be non lucid they can still be memorable.Spellbee added the points for theme even in a non lucid which I found to be a good motivator.

Anyways, its good your getting back into things one step at a time. Also, great job at fixing the guy up with dream control. If I wanna heal someone I usually try it all at once but doing it one step at a time is also cool. :3

Well I only liked that girl until I talked to her on the school bus a couple times and found out we had nothing in common. I really only liked her because of her looks, and she was totally out of my league in every regard. Shortly before graduation, she broke up with her boy and moved (I think somewhere in the south pacific) right when she got out of high school so there is no reason to think I'll ever even see her again in my life. So while awake I might be over and through with her in waking life, it seems my subcon likes to dredge her up for ... other reasons. .

The small robot orb being Marcus' s attempt at guiding you better reminds me of what we discussed about. I'm surprised people still play Pokemon Go though. I had a feeling that it died out since I hardly hear anyone talking about it anymore.Its also interesting how you still dream of your old crush. You must have really liked her since my crushes rarely come up at all. ^^"

I liked your notes. A lot of the great lucid dreamers have a few things in common: they started young. and most use the all day RC method.

Your dreams still give off the feel of your past dreams too I see. ^w^ Did you really not watch any naruto? In the show he was bullied. I don't watch it anymore but I use to when it was first season on television. When shippuden happened I got bored of Naruto wanting to become the Hokage and all the fighting.

My dream-dad seems to be his own character in a way, one that never agrees with me becoming lucid and will always try to stop me from becoming lucid and puts me down. My real father is actually pretty nice, and I'm not really sure why the dream always antagonizes him as such.

I thought about how my dream dad usually doesn't like it when I get lucid so I decided to try and educate him about lucid dreaming.

I suppose you mean he looks and acts like your father? (or do you refer to a character who doesnt look/act like your real dad at all?)

When I became lucid in a dream I immediately told my mom standing beside me but from there I dont remebmer anything. Is this a common thing? Somewhat like in inception dream characters go crazy when you cause too much trouble or something?
