      How to program your dream matter?

      I'm interested in the concept of dream incubation----where you influence the dream matter when you sleep. For instance, I really want to have a dream about riding a motorcycle. In my opinion, I could reality check every time I see a motorcyle, but that might take a while before it occurs. Should I run the dream in my mind several times before sleep instead? And have you had any success in this? Thanks.
