      I suck at becoming Lucid!!!!!

Ok, I have been doing Lucid Dream training for about a week now. Ive only had 1 Lucid dream and I wasted it from getting to excited and waking up. I can however go into sleep paralysis at will. I hear a lot of things about how Sleep Paralysis helps you lucid dream? I dont understand how this helps?

What do I do once in sleep paralysis? and what are some quick techniques to reach the lucid state more frequently? (I always lay on my stomach, if that matters)

      search up the WILD technique
i'd just tell you what to do but considering i've never successfully wild'ed,
it'd probably be more beneficial to look up a wild tutorial
you can perform it using sleep paralysis

      Search about WILD.
Consider yourself lucky, I had to wait almost a year to the first lucid.

One week? That isn't bad, that is really good actually... you need to be way more patient.

Yea its been almost three months and I still haven't got one. My last one was a year ago and then I stopped doing it. But if you get sp whenever you want than that's what you need to do wild.
Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

haha damn you are not that bad

i took me weeks to get my first ld and my memory was almost completely erased so it was really lame

i didn't really get fully lucid until my 2nd one.

a lucid dream during week 1 is excellent progress really
      I'm batman in my dreams.

I hate you. Honestly, I've been trying for three months with no results.

You don't deserve how easy it's coming to you.

Now I don't mean that. But I'm super jealous.
As children we believe anything is possible. As adults, we need to remember it.
