      I just have it right on the bottom of my foot in the sock, this is an old cell so I'm not planning having my mouth close to it anytime soon. I guess two socks would be better, if you were planing on using it (not sure if that would kill the sensation.) The best spot on the foot is the middle but closer to the heel is good too as both are kinda sensitive to the vibration. Make sure the sock is tight enough it wont just bounce around all over the place, make sure it's firmly on the bottom.
