Well, I seem to be in a bit of a rut. Moreso than usual, which is weird 'cause I'm not even in school or working. |

i hate to say it but i think this occurs naturally everybody gets a dry spell and you can definitly try to hard at lucid dreaming maybe taking a more passive attitude like "o hell i guess my next lucid will just come whenever:" that might be what youre looking for cause when it does happen by suprise thats gonna get yer brain into hell yea im back mode. and keep up with yer recall |

I'm jealous even in your position. I've been averaging about 1 lucid per month... |

You should just find out what changed, and change back to how you were before your LDs went down. |

I'm in the same position, Mzzkc... I've been doing what I normally do to achieve my DILDs, and have been downing apple juice and B6 but still have poor recall. I haven't had a lucid in three weeks; WILDs don't seem to be working in my favor either, although I've never found WILDs 'easy'. Before this dryspell, I had a few random lucids but no higher-scale lucidity, and before that was a dryspell that stretched out for a bit more than half a year. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Change up the environment you're sleeping in. Normally when I'm in a dry spell, going to another room, or even putting my pillow on the opposite end of the bed can fix it. |

Jen was 13 years old. A fairly normal girl. She spent a lot of time online.
One day, she made a new friend. He liked the same bands, worried about the same subjects.
They decided to meet at the local mall. She went. So did he.
Only he wasn't in junior high.
HE WAS A 1500 LB GRIZZLY BEAR.
1 in 5 children online get eaten by wild bears. And you didn't even know bears could type.
Turn on some peaceful music. While in a deeply relaxed state imagine seeing someone skating to the music. This will help you enter non-REM lucids. When we visualize we are using the same area of the human brain as when we are dreaming. This is not a theory but a scientific fact. Also, if you awaken from a dream you can visualize the dream you were having and return to it. Good luck to you! |

Glad I could help (: |
