Being born with a natural talent for lucid dreaming x)

Except for that there is no quickest way, it takes practice and the best method of becoming lucid depends on what suits you best.

Thats a hard question, In my opinion WILD combined with DEILD is the best method because if you mastered it you can become lucid whenever you want, and you don't have to rely on reality checks.
But its also one of the hardest methods (for me at least), so I'm not sure...

DILD and MILD are probably the easiest to learn. DILD is basically being aware in real life, so that awareness will transfer over to your dreams, then you do a reality check to confirm if you're dreaming or not. MILD is based on autosuggestion and confidence.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I heard if you really want to have lucid dreams quick, try out binaural beats or isochronic tones, but there is no guarantee it'll work.
But I would suggest DILD (All day Awareness, as mentioned above)

All Day Awareness by KingYoshi is a great guide that focuses on observation and, well, awareness. I also have one; it's in my signature if you're interested in reading more.

By quickest, I assume you mean best for someone who is lazy? Like myself lol

Since that's the case, I would suggest WBTB actually. Sure MILD and DILD are simple, but doing them well is hard. WBTB just involves waking up after a dream, doing some stuff, then going back to bed. Simple, easy, and it's quite popular.

So now you are stuck between DILD, MILD and WBTB. That brings you back to the first post- do whichever suits you best.

      And there is your answer.

      yay

Any form of WILD would be the quickest. It may not be the easiest but it most certainly takes less amount of time to induct.

I would suggest DEILD as being the ultimate technique for me

DEILD is actually quite simple. If you find you wake up during the night, and always around the same time, 4:30 for me, then eventually you can train yourself for when you do wake up, not to move, etc etc lucidity.

It can be that simple, but for most people when you wake up you open your eyes and stretch and roll over, as it's THE NICEST FEELING IN THE WORLD AT THAT MOMENT.

I disagree. The best method would probably be considered the one that the most people use. Which is MILD or mayne DILD.

But I understand what your saying. Some people are different from others.

I disagree. There is no method better then another one. I agree that DILD or MILD would fit most peoples lifestyles the most, but that doesn't mean they are the best. It really does depend on the person, and what suites them.

depends, like if you wake up often in the middle of the night naturally, i would recommend FILD, since imo it is the easiest, fastest, and most reliable. however if you dont maybe WBTB combined with MILD with things during the day to help increase random DILDs, or go with WILD if you want something that will get you lucid without fail.

Dild and mild are the easiest, but it's unreliable and random. I've had all my lucid's these ways.
I presume DEILD would be the easiest, due to the ease, and the basic gaurantee of it working, if you can stay still, and your rem period hasn't ended.

Having a natural affinity for lucid dreaming tbh. Like me

Just kidding, in my opinion MILD is the easiest method but not necessarily the quickest. Try WBTB + MILD in conjunction.
