Hello, |

Hello, |
Well, I'm definitely not as bad as you but I'm not very happy. |
First of all, EVERYBODY dreams every night. You just don't remember your dreams. Keep that in your mind, because that will help you remember them. |
Lying in bed for a bit after waking up and keeping a dream journal are two things I would have suggested - as would most of the users on this site I assume. |

Do you keep a dream journal? Keep something by your bed, and write in it every night and every morning. Before you go to bed, write the date and something about what you want to dream about tonight. Write in it again every time you wake up. Even if you just write, "I was uncomfortably hot all night," or "I farted so loud, I woke myself up." Just write something you remember about the night. |
I plan on adopting a triphasic sleep schedule soon |
I've aleady got a dream Journal, but I didn't know that I should write what I want to Dream and what I remember what is Not a dream. I'll definitly try the 90 Minute thing, would later good for lucid dreaming what is my goal, but it'll take some Time. Thanks everyone |
another tip I give is to use the LEAST jarring alarm you can, try to put something calming on, like a classical music channel, just try to wake up gently |
One more tip: NEVER use your favourite song as an alarm... you'll regret it. |
If you have nothing to write in your DJ, still write in it, if you want it to improve then you need to attempt to write down your dreams every day. |
Hello, n00b, welcome |

I find it useful to write down 'Didn't Remember Anything' or some equivalent when I have disappointing recall. Perhaps it highlights that I'm disappointed. If I'm extra disappointed I sometimes include a small picture of a sad face. |
