hey guys, so i found out a good way for my alarm to go off just once for a short amount of time, i just use the calander on my phone and put a "reminder" on a certain time in the night, it just beeps once enough to wake me up then it stop and never comes back on.

this has been very usefull for my trying my DIELD technique but what is the best way to do it?

ive heard that the way to do it is: when you awaken do not open your eyes or even move a muscle in your body, imagine the dream that you have just awoken from and try to vividly visuallize it and re-enter it.

i have tryed this just once but i was wondering if anyone could give me and good tips or point out any floors in my technique, when i awaken do a focus alot on what the dream looked, sounded, and felt like. and do i put alot of effort into this? any tips will do thanks!
