That was most likely in deep sleep. That's not really related to lucid dreaming. I'll try to be even more clear. WBTB is for people who, when they wake up, are still so groggy that they can't even get lucid. Their mind is still asleep, even when their body is awake. Basically sleepwalkers. That's who needs WBTB.
