WBTB isn't very suitable for school nights, however a DEILD means Dream Exit Initiated Lucid Dream, so if you wake up during the night randomly, by all means do an attempt. |

Heres my opinion - Advantage: Gets you in a sleeping routine so your schedule is not all over the place. Disadvantage: You won't have time for some methods such as DEILD, FILD, WILD etc, so the only method is literally just DILD. What's your opinion? |

Penny: So what do you say Sheldon, are we your X-men?
Sheldon: No, the X-men were named for the X in Charles Xavier. Since I am Sheldon Cooper, you will be, my C-men.

I agree with MasterMind. My school schedule is hectic as well, so I can never do WBTBs and anything other than DILDs. So what I do is plan out what technique I'm attempting. For example, I'm free on Thursday afternoons so I make that my WILD nap day. On weekends I do WBTB+MILD or WILD, and on normal schooldays I do MILD. |

I would say no, especially for a technique like WILD. Even though I get a consistent schedule during the week, I also get less sleep. During the week I get around 5 more hours of sleep than during the week. |
|
I would really say, yes and no. It depends on how quickly you can go back to sleep after a WILD. And how quickly you fall asleep and how trained you are. When you have a school week including less important lessons and representation, try it. You will not die. |
|
My opinion is YES. You can do DEILDs if you wake up in early morning after a dream. It doesn't take much time. For WILDs you can try them after school while having a nap. |
|
I would say that many techniques can still be practised. Firstly Deild is extremely short and wtbt isn't too bad either. One of the first steps I made when I started LDing was adjusting my sleep schedule here's how. |
|
I prefer the MILD technique and many of my lucids happen in the late morning. When going to school, I find that my rate of lucid dreams declines from say a break or those that I have on weekends. |
