Thanks for your advice! I hope that this thread will help new-experienced lucid dreamers! I agree, it is important to stick to lucid dreaming. I have been on and of the past few years because of my crazy job schedule but it looks like I am goin to have many many free months and maybe years ahead to perfect this art |

I use them all. Often I get lazy and then it is mostly DILD, but if I am ambitious, I am good at WILDs and DEILD. |

Hahaha I agree with sivason. I always have lucid dreams due to Dild or Deild. It's a great combination because the Dild happens spontaneously and with the Deild I can chain them longer. I usually pass through phases with different techniques. |
|
I havent been lucid dreaming for too long. But I started out having all WILDS. Only recently have I been applying awareness and having DILDS/DEILDS which I'm glad I did. As dutchraptor said, Dilds are more spontaneous but will happen more often, and randomly if you have good awareness. And when I wake up at a good time, I can usually succeed on most WILD attempts, and if not it will usually end up becoming a DILD anyway :p |

" The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven "
That is great to know dutchraptor! As I think I mentioned already I am trying DEILD and I think I am somewhat of a natural hahaha! |

My tip would be a simple one: If you can remember the dream you exited from immediately visualize that same dream. Good luck to you! |
|
Don't worry about what may have happened but rather think about what is to come. I stopped focusing on LDing for months, and while I regret that, I'm just focusing on it again. |

Thanks! I heard that remembering the dream you just exited from is better because it is easier on the brain to remain in its current state. |
