So for various reasons I've decided to give the uberman sleep schedule a try. One of those reasons is that I'm pretty much guaranteed lucid dreams during every nap. I'm going to post updates about my progress and whether or not I have any lucid dreams because of it here. As of now, due to midterms week at my school, I've gotten about six hours of sleep in the past 60 hours and the last time I slept was 3 hours about 30 hours ago, so I'm somewhat into the sleep deprivation already. I'm going to wait for the sleep deprivation to really hit me before I start taking the naps though, so I'm thinking I won't even consider taking a nap until 1 AM tonight. |
