For the past week, I've been trying my hardest to get lucid. I had a DILD once earlier this week, and I really want to obtain lucidity again before the week's over.
Every day, I've done 50-70 reality checks, and have tried to put myself in a state of nearly lucid awareness 4-5 times a day, while retaining a certain awareness of the fact that I could be dreaming throughout the day.
And every night, I've woken up at some point in the early hours of the morning, to try WBTB+MILD.
Is it redundant/malproductive to be trying both techniques? Should I just focus on one at a time?
