I'd encourage you to give a read at this great topic made by BrandonBoss, it relates a lot with yours |
I've been absorbing it slowly. The focus is a little different than this one, but that is an excellent topic. |

Know and be aware. |
“For one priceless moment in the whole history of man, all of the people on this earth are truly one."
"Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you."
Is this a dream, and why or why not? |
Start a dream journal, choose an reality check, raise your awareness, be confident, and keep trying! |
Read Stephen LaBerge, the tutorials and posts here on dreamviews and any other resources you can find! |
why isn't this a dream? |
(I'm assuming you mean lucid in dreams?) |

This is all a dream, i am already dreaming |
Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way
Very cool. BTW, I like Milarepa, but he can be infuriating. Must have something to do with all that sorcery and eating those nettles. |
keep at it, and also look into certain foods that increase the chances of lucidity( green tea is one of them ) |
