I'm not sure if I understand what that means. Do you mean that i shouldn't care that much about lying completely still, and that i should try to be more relaxed instead? This might sound silly but when I'm WILDing, I sometimes have the fear of moving a body part by accident. (accidentally grinding my teach, lifting my finger), and Iget extremely frustrated if that happens, because it completely ruins the WILD attempt. Right?

Nice to hear you're having success with both WILDs and DILDs, I wish i could do that too!
Also Big thanks for the links , very useful threads indeed.

Yeah that's is exactly how my first LD happened!

Both require practice. Not sure, why would someone look down on DILD. When you practice for DILD, all that will come in handy later, when you try for a WILD. Then it's up to the individual which one is more comfortable with or have time for.
Makes Perfect sense, that's all i really needed to know. That WILD and DILD can be used together, and that practicing one of them can never be a hindrance for doing the other. Thank you so much.
