Someone has an online paid service that promises to make you a Lucid Dreamer

I wanted some feedback and opinions from you guys here, because this is probably the best place to ask on the Internet in regards to Lucid Dreaming.

I found an ad online that was selling a unique service. They said that they could hypnotize you over Skype (said that you need video of yourself so they can do it properly) and give you the ability to Lucid Dream. Here is a quote from their marketing thread on the forum: "I would make it so that you will only lucid dream the nights that you say a certain word, sentence, or do a very specific action before falling asleep such as snapping both fingers or saying "Tonight I will lucid dream". The command is entirely up to you."

Is this even possible? I'm very skeptical of this. I've always been a person that loses motivation after doing something for a few weeks, so this sounds like it would be the most perfect thing ever. But, it sounds too good to be true. Can you guys tell me if this is a legit service or not?

There are free hypnosis videos on youtube.

Try that instead and save your money.

It works just like an affirmation, it's just that you listen to it instead of doing it yourself.

Most probably a scam. There are tons like that online, not just for lucid dreaming.

If they're bringing anything new and revolutionary to the table it'll leak out anyway. No point in paying money to be their guinea pig.

I've purchased differents of stuff that make you think "This will really help, me become lucid". My experience? Really not worth it, All you need for lucid dreaming is on DV : )

Hmmm... There are enough people on the internet that waste their money on things like this. If anything actually works like a charm, it will be found out and made popular before I have to think about spending money on it. After a bunch of people become lucid from something like that it would hit here like a storm.

I don't x it out as a possibility from happening, but It wouldn't happen like that at all.

Lucid dreaming shouldn't involve the use of money anyway.
And besides, sounds like the person will hypno you onto using MILD... so yeah.

There are supposedly hypnosis videos on youtube that will help you to lucid dream. Try those first. They are free. Don't spend your money on something that might not work when there are resources on youtube.
