Actually I pinch my nose all the time while I'm standing in groups of people. I cover it as a "nose itch" I dont just use two fingers I use my whole hand (like this http://media.katu.com/images/stock_plug_nose.jpg ) and I do it quickly while asking in my head "Is this a dream" and so far no one has said anything to me.
