Hi,

I've got a short question regarding one DILD Technique i heard about?
I remember it was posted on other lucid dreaming website.

It was something like this:
Every x minutes ask myself what i was doing before (or one hour ago), what i'm doing now, and what i'm suppose to do next (or do next in x minutes).
I'm thinking about switching from WILDs to DILDs and this technique seems quite good one
Do you people think that this technique would be an effective one?
