Thread: DILD Awareness Technique - Where And Why - My Concept/Idea For Technique

I've given a try to my technique for around two days not long ago. It's been going quite smooth but more than likely due to lazyness, school stuff and need to pay fully attention to stuff on lessons i've gave up temporary.

I'm thinking on moving beginning of technique practice onto vacations. Eventually after two months of practice during vacations technique would become perhaps a easy to do habit which wouldn't be as painful as it was at start so i could continue doing it even after start of new school year
