I'm back! Again? Uhhh..
Hi Misaka! long time no see. good to hear from you again. |

I think general mindfulness/paying attention during waking life is the best route. For one thing, it's not artificial/exhausting like ADA: you're paying attention to your life, which brings great joy and enhances both the waking and the dreaming state. Yes for dreaming you do want to keep a subtext to your awareness that you want to recognize the dream state, but that's not something I find hard to do. As an added benefit really paying attention to waking life makes your dreaming in general become very present and vivid. |

Yeah, I have considered something like this as well. I have tried developing habit of doing RC when I change environment. Those 21 days have already passed (if you do something for 21 days in a row it becomes a habit) and I didn't do a single RC in a dream. Let me know how it goes with this. I am going to do this RC thingy for 11 more days, so I practice it 30 days. If it doesn't work, I will try this awareness technique. |

But let me add that I think there's nothing wrong with special, specific "doing XYZ means doing an RC" triggers, as long as you really focus on the raised awareness ("this means I could be dreaming!") along with the RC. |

^^ So true. There's things I've been doing for more than 21 years in a row that haven't become a habit yet (RC's being one of them). For that matter: |

OK, thanks for clarification. Yeah, I have heard for it before, I just misunderstood you. I thought you were saying I could have non-lucid dream where RC succeeds (text changes, I can breathe through plugged nose etc.) xD I have had those situations, but only in situations I wished they were real (strong emotional connection with dreamsign). I will do Puffin's SAT and this Misaka's technique. |
