Good luck Rockefeller. I started doing the same thing in December - for the same reason, no lucids for a while. 25 nights, and two (mini) lucids so far in that time. |

lol i have the exact same problem with WBTB. Doing anything at all that early in the morning is such a bitch! you'll get it with enough persistence though. Eventually you'll get tired of doing that and your determination will flare. Meditation also helps a LOT with LDing in my experience, that's probably one of the things helping your dream recall. |

Huge congratulations on that lucid, Rockefeller! It sounds like you're getting into a great routine. I still find it so hard to focus on the MILD as I'm going to sleep, my brain just goes anywere else! |

Nice progress dude! I've been meditating before bed as well but i haven't dug into any technique yet. The meditation alone is helping with my recall though |

Success! I’ve been trying meditation to improve my chances of a DILD... it’s been 4 days since I started a challenge of my own, and this morning I had a short LD!!! Yay!!! I think it also helped that it’s the weekend and I got to sleep-in! Challenge completed! |
