      Meditation + MILD Challenge for 8 weeks(56 days)

      Hi everybody after a long time without Lucid dream, I decided to try Meditation + MILD Challenge for 8 weeks.

      So every day,
      -I will meditated for 15 minutes
      -I will MILD before I sleep
      -Wake up at 4:00a.m and do MILD and go back to sleep

      So I will update you with the results.

      Good luck Rockefeller. I started doing the same thing in December - for the same reason, no lucids for a while. 25 nights, and two (mini) lucids so far in that time.

      -I have meditate for 15 minutes
      -Before i went to sleep i have done the MILD
      -When i woke up at 4a.m, the temptation to go back sleep was stronger than my will to stay up, so i didn't try
      -I still remember my dreams so that's a good sign

      Day 2:
      -I have meditate for 10 minutes.
      -Before i went to sleep i have done the MILD.
      -At 4a.m it was hard to wake up, so i didn't try.
      -I remember 2 dreams.

      lol i have the exact same problem with WBTB. Doing anything at all that early in the morning is such a bitch! you'll get it with enough persistence though. Eventually you'll get tired of doing that and your determination will flare. Meditation also helps a LOT with LDing in my experience, that's probably one of the things helping your dream recall.

      Day 3:

      -I have done my meditation for 15 minutes in the afternoon.
      -I went to sleep at 22 something doing the MILD.
      -I woke up at 4:00am and stay up for 30 minutes and went back to sleep doing the MILD.
      -My dreams were vivid last night

      -I went to sleep at 23:00 by doing the MILD.
      -I woke up at 4:00am and stay up for 30 minutes and went back to sleep doing the MILD.
      -I've made a small semi lucid dream.

      I think a challenge is a great idea...
      I am lucky, I wake up at least once a night every night anyway.
      I think I’ll try it too. My only problem is remembering to do MILD when I wake up!

      I also do Yoga Nidra, which is a type of meditation that accesses the subconscious consciously, during which I plant a positive thought... I tell myself I will become lucid every night. I think if I combine this meditation with MILD, it could work.

      Huge congratulations on that lucid, Rockefeller! It sounds like you're getting into a great routine. I still find it so hard to focus on the MILD as I'm going to sleep, my brain just goes anywere else!

      -I went to sleep at 0:00 by doing the MILD.
      -I woke up at 4:00am and stay up for 30 minutes and went back to sleep doing the MILD.
      -I remember some fragment of some dreams.

      LDs=1

      Conclusion of the first week
      :
      I have skip some days, but
      I have made 1 Lucid Dream.
      I have no problem with meditation(sometime I do fell asleep but it's because I'm tired).
      7 more weeks to go.

      Nice progress dude! I've been meditating before bed as well but i haven't dug into any technique yet. The meditation alone is helping with my recall though

      Driving a super sport cops car.

      Success! I’ve been trying meditation to improve my chances of a DILD... it’s been 4 days since I started a challenge of my own, and this morning I had a short LD!!! Yay!!! I think it also helped that it’s the weekend and I got to sleep-in! Challenge completed!

      This week I only made one lucid dream.
      So 6 more weeks to go.
