I don't have a cellphone, and i think something quiet probably won't wake me. Thanks though, I don't usually do RCs, I just used to realise in my dream without them. Maybe I should start...

You don't need an alarm to wake you up, because part of the MILD method is telling yourself that you will wake up after every dream period and remembers your dreams, as you're falling asleep.
