My cellphone alarm isn't very good as it start of quite then 5 seconds later is at full volume so wat im gonna try tonight close my door and set my clock radio on a low enough volome

Last week i was thinking of a way to wake up but couldn't use my phone i was pacing around thinking of a way to get up at 4:00 evenually i gave up but hours later to my suprise i woke up at 4 without an alarm
was it possible that i soaked into my mind that i wanted to get up at 4 or was in just a coincidence?
