Maybe the want to wake up at 4 just somehow subconsiously made you wake up at four? It's happened to me before a lot of times. I woke up today 2 minutes before my alarm went off and usually wake up a little before my alarm. It's like my mind knows when to wake up when I really want it to (if i'm not waking up early one day, i dont wake up at that time, convenient yes? lol).
