Dont give up just yet

It will take a while if you've never had a lucid dream i use WBTB and somtimes WILD some say to stay up between 60-90 minutes for WBTB but i think its better to stay up for 30 minutes and start to relax afterwards otherwise you wont get back to sleep and wont have any lucid dreams have some milk or chocolate and go back to bed around 6am if you get up at 5:30 i was going to try this tonight but thier was a party accross the street and i didn't get to sleep till 4
