I woke up in the middle of the night on accident once, and i was trying to go back to sleep. I was just contemplating on my day and thinking about other things, trying to keep my mind busy till i drifted off to sleep. Without warning i got that wind rushing past your ears noise, and it felt like i was on a roller coaster. It suprised me so much i snapped out of it. Thats when i realised that i shouldnt be trying to stay awake, i should be trying to go to sleep...with a little twist
care to elaborate on what you DO think about whilst doing this freefire?

this is interesting...I usually "try to wild"....not "go to sleep...with a little twist"....

and what stops you just going to sleep?

this has got me really excited all of a sudden...i fail my WILDS when I dont go to sleep because my body hurts from lying still. Maybe I need to focus more on losing awareness...not keeping it.
