I 'woke up' in my bed disoriented but there was someone there. I glace over and the young man regarded me with an insane smile on his face, head cocked to the side as if waiting for me to awake. He stared at me a moment but finally said "You're right about what I am."
I wanted to panic, but I figured I was dreaming so I reached under my pillow to grab my knife and I attempted to conjure it, I succeeded but as soon as it was in-front of me, in his line of sight it disappeared. He seemed completely amused.
He continued speaking, "I'm going to save you, take you to the alternate sun." he spoke in an accent I could not place.
His facial expressions seemed distorted and how he moved was not human. His smile got wider and made him look even more manic and wrong.
"We're going to harvest your organs." I think he laughed then.
When he moved toward me it was inhumanly quick and fluid, he cuddled the side of my neck like a loving pet. His short, pale blonde hair was sticking up all around his head. He moved away from me quickly. Gazing into my face, blue eyes flashing like a wolves. He left the room in a blur.

I honestly believe this was some kind of otherworldly being (or whatever you want to call them). He was being cruel to me.

Edit (left some stuff out): What makes it such a terrifying experience is I honestly don't know what he was doing, if he was in fact trying to be cruel or maybe something else. Was he really warning me? Was he being playful? Who knows. I've seen these 'bright' beings before in my dreams, the light hair and glowing eyes. Some of them are so bright that their hair looks white and their eyes are blue beams.

Here is another one that happended shortly after the one I posted above. I was in a lucid dream, walking in a garden with ponds. Then over in the cat tail rushes I see a big red winged black bird. The dream changed somehow and my entire focus was drawn to the bird. It was glowing. The glow was not visual, but it was radiating some wonderful power that I was amazed by. I suddenly knew it was not a figment of my mind. It started singing. The sound was somehow overwhelming and had a quality I can not describe, very magical. I stood transfixed and somehow it convied messages to me that I understood in the dream. Upon waking, I has no recall of what it actual had communicated.

OK. I'm asleep and I 'see' a grapefruit sized orb of light contacting my brain. I see it sort of like how a person might feel something, not from a particular vantagepoint. This is my guardian spirit, sort of. It has been with me at least since early childhood, and probably since conception.

sivason, in respose to your request about the 'blue light' in the other thread....From other context in the dream, I think its the same spirit that I mentioned above. It creates dreams, which is what it was doing when I saw it as an orb of light. I used to regard it as a part of my subconscious, but it has since demonstrated that it is not. It does stuff in waking life as well as in dream, for instance, the 'blue light' dream is connected to a waking experience where a ball of lightning came through an open door in our house when my mom and brother were there. I could post more anecdotes, but I'm not sure I see a good reason to. The 'demon' doesn't seem to be an attention whore, and I doubt it benefits from my continued gossip. Its capable of speaking for itself. Ask it if it has any messages for me, or for you, and see what you get.

Here's one more anecdote, in the form of a dream my sister sent me about a year ago:

I was brought across a border from our world into another realm...some area separate from ours (maybe like mount Olympus where the Greek gods lived). My guide was in the form of a woman. She enticed me across, but she isn't human, she's a hunter. She brings me to the realm where she inhabits to feed, anticipating that since I'm human I can't live in that atmosphere and will die. She talks to me trying to coerce me deeper in. I know that I'm in a different place. The colors are vivid, I can taste/feel/smell the air around me. It's beautiful. I realize I've developed a tolerance or been immunized so I won't die. Try to hide this from the woman so she doesn't become violent in her attempts to get me, although I make no attempt to flee. I find that the this realm has come in contact with an alien/foreign. It is a male. He is annoyed that he has been misrepresented and named a "thing" or "being". This isn't true, he tells me that he is "Entity". I'm awed to meet him. He is not hunting me, has no good or bad intentions involving me. I then find out that someone, it might be the woman, her name is Beth Israel.

I'm fairly sure the 'entity' part of the dream is either my ball of light or a close cousin. The rest of the dream seems to relate more directly to my sister. Interpretations of the first part of the dream would be welcome, though we already know what Beth Israel means in this context.

Very Cool so far. This one jumps man years ahead. I am lucid and have been invited to play something like a Scooby Doo with a buch of other entities and maybe a dreamer or two. That part of the story leading up to the kind of events might be explined alter.
We make orselves magnifying glasses and tromp aroud an old building. Even now I can not grasp their games enough to know what I should be doing. So me and another just hung out in a parlor. He shows me "something Imortant' it looks like an old galsswindow covered up. He say there are thin spot on some outerboundry, point used to move into the flux, so you can travel to a seperate area. Then he lectured me like a child."You are to weak to go out there' I will show you but you have to stay back!" The curtain pulls back to show an inky blackness, like the old creepy house was not enough. I caught sight of swirlig shapes out there and started to lean my head. But I got pulled back in.
The swirls in the blackness were spiritlike creeps. They noticed me and rushed to the area. One made direct eye cotact and I was mesmerized. He drifted right up to me with his decreped face..
My brain is freakin out, show no fear, show no fear.
The thing smiles and sends a thougth "come out and play with us". I try thinking back "I will not and you have no power over me" Before I finished the thougth he turned exta gross and grabbed my neck! I was still mesmarissed and lost.
The other man simply pulled back with ease at my sholder, and I feel back into the room. He says conimplate what you have learned here, and follow our advice.

Yesterday I did Two things that might have triggered this dream. I chatted on yahoo messenger with a new member here called hategringo. He migrated from Saltcube. I believe that we are all one in the Matrix. I think I merge with folks who talk with me on-line. Maybe hatefringo has merged with these advanced monks and nuns, (he may not be aware of this) but maybe merging (by chatting on-line) with hatefringo opened me to the great privelige of meeting some of his deep friends.

I made a registration here at Psidreams Yahoogroups in 2005 under the anonymous name of anonanon1959. I did that because when I opened a yahoo email account for my teacher, Yahoo kept inviting me to join one of its scores of yahoogroups to make friends ect.

For nearly 3 years I would go to an internet cafe once a fortnight, (on pension day) to look at my email account. It would some times have umpteen emails from here and I would just panic, (sort-of) and delete them all unopened.

I slept and drempt well last night. It dosent suprise me that I should wake and find great depth on DreamViews. It is 8:33 am Tuesday 14-Feb-2012 here now.

Had nice smooth dreams but the one I liked best was... I saw a notice inviting folk to a meet of some sort. I went to the place willing to wait, even sleep in the wet, (with rain or dew) grass til other folk turned up.

When they did they were humans but unusual looking.

Like beautiful hand-carved living wooden statues. Every move was extremely beautiful and perfectly poised. But totally natural, as in, they had been highly routinized and highly self-disciplined monks and nuns for a single life of thousands of years with thousands of happy years of highly routinized and highly self-disciplined life yet to live.

Their prayers and meditations were non verbal it was all gentle movement and body language and facial expression.

Together we went places.

Gently teleporting, smoothly, imperceptiblty. We were just there quickly and quietly.

At the last place, before I woke, I stood beside this cool silent monk in a forrest on the side of hills. I was aware of standing beside him as I desired to also be a yellow orb.*

Then I was a yellow orb of gentle energy.

I wanted to, (metaphorically) die.

So, as an orb, I Rose a mile or two, slowely, into the air, with reverent gratitude. Then Gently and greatfully descended untill I touched the juicy topsoil of this sacred place and merged, formlessly. Then I wanted to keep descending to the dark. molten and hard core of this divine planet but the quiet monk silently seemed to encourage me to consider remaining in the organic and alive, juicy, life-giving topsoil.

Then I gently woke up.

Wait so you want to know about people's experience with astral entities.. in dreams???? I've seen a lot more entities awake, but never in dreams. Even if I had, it would just cross my mind as a weird dream. That being said, entities can easily enter your dreams and manipulate them. The things that stand over your bed are commonly called Shadow People. Very real, google it. There's a site dedicated to accumulating reports about them.. and pictures.

My guess is, they feed off your negative energy or bad vibes (fear), when you get scared. They themselves are composed of dark energy, thus they need more to "survive". They lurk just below or dimension or physical plane. They don't see houses or streets, just other entities (us, etc). Like attracts like. If you're a negative person.. they are probably lurking around you always. Also, my guess is, they don't have an actual shape. No, they don't actually look human, because they are not. They are more of a cloud of smoke looking stuff, seen it before. I can conjure these things, as well as others.. but these are the most common. I wouldn't recommend conjuring anything you think is negative. Their energy will stick around, effecting you and your environment, until it has been cleaneed (sunlight works, good source of neutral/positive energy). Maybe they won't even leave after that, who knows.

So far I've never been scared by one. They are freaky looking, but have never attacked or sent any sort of bad vibe to me.. they're just... there. But I do sense a general negative vibe when they're around though.

Back in the Mid 70s I was with a bunch of meditators. The word got to us of a couple in tasmainia who would try stuff just after their morning hour of meditaion.

Apparently the couple would finish their hour of pure and simple, (be-here-now type) meditation then but a candle between them and concentrate.

After a week or more, IT began to happen.

As they focussed together on the flame, (after their hour of pure be-here-now meditaion) the candle would lengthen a bit.

The lengthening was slight but it got them addicted to their new found power. They began focussing less on pure be-here-now meditaion and got more and more on making the candle flame grow in front of witnesses.

But

People who visited them began complaining of a cold feeling in a specific place in the house. Then a shadow became visible at the same place were it was once just a bit cold.

Then a sense of dread was kind of radiating from the cold place where the slight-shadow was visible.

The couple stopped concentrating on candles but the cold and dread and shadow wouldn't go away. It didn't move or respond though. It just sort-of sat there.

In the end some proper fully.trained old Buddhist came. He wasn't born in Australia. He explained that pure here-and-now type meditation is benifitial and harmless but any type of other concentration should only be done under qualified instruction after taking vows.

He, (the old Buddhist) meditated in the house for many hours day after day with them and it was noticed that the slight shadow was slowly moved outside the house.

After a long while, after the slight shadow was outside the house, it just faded away, along with it's chill and dread.

Why did I say all that?

I woke and checked my emails.

A few nights ago, I had a strange encounter. I was lucid (but a little hazy maybe closer to semi-lucid). I was practicing new dream control techniques. First, I was practicing telekinesis. I would send out a beam of clear energy I could use to move any object no matter the size, distance, shape, or weight. I realized I could use that same beam of energy for telepathy. I started directing the energy to read DC's minds. Some were totally blank - no thoughts or emotions whatsoever. These were definitely DC's of my creation. Others had a simple internal monologue like what you would expect if you were reading random people's minds while walking down the street. I thought these must either be better formed DC's of my creation or other dreamers who don't realize they are dreaming.

Then, I saw a guy from far away. He was bald and had on a long, sleek black trench coat. On one side of his face the skin was ripped off and crossed with thin wires, revealing another face underneath. The second face was a grayish brown color and distinctly non-human. He looked as if an alien or interdimensional being decided to cloak himself with human skin, but someone ripped off part of his disguise, revealing his true form underneath. I reached my energy out to read his mind, but instantly recoiled it. He projected something more intense than any of the other DC's, but honestly I don't know how to even describe it. It was not word thoughts, pictures, emotions, or any language I could understand or conceptualize. It was like receiving an instant psychic impression that my human mind couldn't even understand. There seemed to be something dark and menacing about him as well.

What really makes me think this is not a creation of my own mind is that I can't even conceptualize the "thoughts" I read from his mind. If he was a creation of my mind, this would mean my brain is capable of creating psychic impressions beyond its own level of understanding.

Either way, pretty amazing...

Among the ones I have had, the most interesting one would be when I tried to DS with Naiya.
I told her that I would make her a TARDIS but since I don't know much about them just copied the version of one from the show along with the AI and merely grew it up then sent it to her. I didn't tell her nor journal that it was a copy though.
When she tried to use it, her DG had destroyed it and when she went to complain he said that "it was only a copy", think they argued about that since she didn't know about the copy thing until a day after reading the response of her DG. Interesting, but was not conclusive.

Here is the first one I every had.
It was about 25 years ago. I did a reality check and became lucid. I was standing in a park. I tried the look at your hands trick. I became very lucid for one of the first times ever. Very high clarity, very aware. Wow! what fun, I walked around the park looking at things. Being a young man I decided I would create a naked woman (of course). I walked around a corner and there she was lying on a table. All of a sudden I felt afraid and like something was coming. I turned around and there is an image of a guy who was a bully when I was young. Something was different! He was far more intense and real than anything yet. He basically called me a pervert with the thoughts that he eminated.
I thought, 'Hey, its just a dream.' I raised my hand and willed him to disappear. Nothing happened other than it pissing him off. He charged me and something was wrong. I was fully lucid, but could not control him. He nocked me down and kneeled on me. Real pain happened and I begged myself to wake up. I woke up, very shaken

I have astral travelled onto other Planets, and seen human entities and the plants and animals on that Planet. Quite Recently I was on the North Pole of Mars.

I was not lucid but the dream was very vivid. I was in my living room and my parents were asleep but my brother and I were awake. I thought I saw something through the window in the sky and right then, a small beam of light came through the window on my chest. This light turned into a small floating orb of many different lights and colors.
*Now before the good part: I am a Christian person that has never tried to contact other beings or do things such as Astral Projection, although I had attempted AP before I changed my mind about it. This said, I knew what spiritual vibrations felt like.*
The orb began to talk to my brother and I, and It spoke English. With each word, my brother's and my spirit vibrated very intensely. It's hard to explain but the orbs voice WAS the vibrations inside of us. It said "We are coming. Nineteen people will hear this message." then I woke up sweaty and hot. And the creepiest part is I found out the next day that there was a solar eclipse viewable about a half hour away from me.

I may have experienced an other worldly being not entirely sure though, it was in a dream after some of the mostterrifying moments of my life, I sat down to meditate and came to to this weird being made of different colored positive light it felt warm and I hugged it, it embraced me in this sweet warmth the felt of love and compassion. Might have just been a sub-conscious coping mechanism though.
