Has anyone else heard about 2012 being like this?

I'm sorry I just dont see what logical thinking could lead anyone to any conclusions about 2012 like what has been posted here.

Not saying that it is WRONG, just saying i think it sounds like a load of sh*t.

There are many different kinds of meditation; To me, meditation involves active engagement of the conscious mind - pondering truth and asking God for wisdom.

Might as well as mention it again. There's this article I read a while backabout a sizable asteriod possibly hitting Earth around 2012-15 (Forgot exact year). I tried looking for the article again and searched every possible keyword but still can't find it. = It was on Yahoo news.

Yeah, I read that too. But after some more calculations they found out that it wasn't actually going to hit earth. Well, the chances of it hitting are extremely small anyways. Still though, it was the closest call we've ever had since we've started watching the skies.

The problem is that the media latches on to the story when an organization says, \"An asteroid is headed for Earth!\". But they've forgotten about it when they figure out that it won't.

Surprisingly, we could redirect it using a laser, since photons have momentum. However, we would have to catch it when it was still really, really, really, really far away.
