The Dream Magic Experiment

I was in a cabin of sorts. I was with friends. I baked/cooked a cake for another friend whose birthday won't be on till after a few months. I thought of putting it in the fridge. For some reason, they had some reasons not to put it in some fridge located somewhere. One was in that cabin but for some reason, we had to move. Something about disturbing the spirits. We also thought of putting in the house fridge but won't the person find it easily?

We "went out" of the place using a special key and a special door. We traveled through the spirit realm (why?). And we walked and avoided and escaped the malevolent spirits of the realm. There were two particular spirits we avoided: one was a male shadowy figure that follows us and one white ragged woman who screams and chases us. I remember hiding behind some crates and avoiding her. There were also some "puppy spirits." At least they looked like puppies. They were used by a teacher and some children to practice escaping from. There "attack" in swarms. I was going through a door when a swarm rained in. I led them out the door with difficulty but without any negative emotions whatsoever.

Somehow, I was caught and I felt my physical body turn to the left. I was told in the dream it's wrong and somehow spirits can enter that way.

This part happened somewhere in between. There's no linearity in the dream (like in some dreams). I was with a family flying through space. We went through zero space, and we've "heard" about some delays in such a travel but thought they were rare occurrences and don't have any serious repercussions. There was a boy (third-person) in this family who seems to have such a delay and asked where the others were and what took them so long. For the rest, it was an almost instant flight. I was that boy (first person).

We were being chased by other space fighters (I don't know the name of the small space ships used to harass bigger ships without causing a lot of damage due to the energy shielding). I had a hard time with the controls. I turn too fast so instead of arcing back, I end up facing the enemy almost face-to-face with our ship. The rest were away. I was eventually able to control it enough so I see... stars and space and space stuff instead of a poorly modeled image of the fighter or the nearby planets and moons. I felt elated.

My ship was destroyed. I was possessed.

I was in a familiar place. I think it's the place in the "first" part of the story. I was kept in a room, and I felt different. I felt like I was glowing and there's a tingle throughout my "skin." I overheard that a woman (a friend?) was partially possessed. I went out/through the walls and doors and approached her in a room. I "absorbed" whatever was possessing her and I left. I felt stronger.

I think this is a separate story but somehow still connected to the possession dream. I was at home. It was evening and very dark. We went home and closed the gate, but somehow, someone forgot to close one of the two gates. There's like another perimeter around the house, and there are two boys/guys just outside the inner perimeter, which means the outer one was open. A child was talking but I could barely understand. Mom was saying something too complaining about the other gate not being locked.

I was outside the house. It was morning, or at least daytime. Someone was teaching me how to fly properly. I was able to "jump" on the first level with his help and then jumped the next two after. I looked up and saw the clouds. I was elated. I wanted to fly about the clouds and stay there. I was partially lucid and happy to be able to experience that.

Everything was falling apart. Buildings were crumbling down. Alien attack? It was like a game in 3D. I used my possession skills to hold back falling buildings and debris. I felt powerful.

I woke up feeling powerful and in control.

Notes:

- I went to sleep feeling down. After a few days of anxiety due to an overwhelming addition to my required subjects to take to finish school, I had my previous dream that really brought me down. I could barely do anything so I went to sleep. That was around 7:30 pm. I woke up around 10:00 pm. I thought the dream was so long I could swear I woke up around 3 or 4 am.
- I felt powerless these several months, from failing to finish some courses I need to proceed with my long-term plan to being unable to complete Inktober or start NaNoWrimo (again). I think I was trying to regain control by putting an enforced structure (school).
- There were a lot of mental chats that had no image. I was talking to myself about the meaning of the dream within the dream. A short while after(?) waking up but still lying down, I thought about how I reclaimed a part of myself (through possession and self-destruction) and it made me (feel?) stronger.

Questions: How do I know this feeling of control is not as illusory as the feeling of lack of control? Both have real-life repercussions if wrong, and even if right, how do I distinguish what's within and without my control? How do I know I'm making the right decisions if my senses and mind betray me?

For now, back to basics: simplify.

I was hanging out with some people. An office.

I was being chased by my classmates from high school. I was with a male friend, but they're after our "group." (not sure what group) Two of my classmates chased me and my friend in a forest-like area that's reminiscent of USLS's small forest near the coliseum. Friend said he'll draw them off, but I worried that they'll still chase me. For some reason, they didn't. After a while, one did. I was trying to post on social media that I'm being chased and including the names but I didn't know yet who were chasing me until they got close enough.

I was avoiding one taking the phone away while I was running and typing.

A mix of zombie and scientific experiment.

I was in a hotel? Condominium?

I was escaping.

I was with a guy I tried to court before. For some reason, I treated him to an ice cream (?) but then had to leave. It was inside a mall. I was looking for the way out, or to go to the other side of the mall without going out, but I didn't know how so I went outside.

I was escaping from something or someone. I was an experiment. For some reason, I returned. I got another friend/experiment who looks like a monster. The other one with me died but I only recall him from memory, not experience.

Parkour. I was in/near a hotel.

I was in a mall at night. I was in the entryway. I sensed that someone or something is after me. I started to run away. I went to the back part of the mall, and it's no longer night. It's daytime. The place just opened, and there's a small crowd gathering during the ribbon-cutting ceremony, which concluded just as I arrived. I vaulted over an obstacle and jumped around. The place looked like a mini-forest and obstacle course. I passed by (I was moving around all the time) a lot of net and adventure-like structures.

I was then kong-running (quadrupedal) along the road at night. It's a small two-way(?) road. I was running on the road itself, so I moved to the side (right) to avoid vehicles. I got tired and had to pause but worried that whatever was chasing me would catch up.

I ended up in some dorm or mini-mall. It was dark inside but daytime. I was hiding. I saw some people run. I also ran and jumped up a fence with spikes. Daytime. That's where the thing chasing me caught me. It turned out to be a devil. It wanted to kill me or possess me for some reason. I didn't feel fear but I felt so sad that I cried hard. I said something like I don't fear dying but I dislike the fact that I will no longer know/hear/learn of stories. I told the devil that I will willingly die if it will tell me a story.

He told me a story, I think, but I cannot recall. When it was time to die, I complained at first that the story wasn't done yet. He gave me some sort of ice-pick-looking knife with a flat and thick black handle. I was about to pierce my chest with it when the devil disappeared, cursing (or shouting?). I was in the living room in our hometown. I saw that the VHS tape got entangled. I got frustrated that it happened. My sister was there and asked her if she played that before and she said yes. I told her the last part got entangled.

I was on the mountainside. Or somewhere in the province at least, where I'm surrounded by trees and low or cut grass. I was walking and then I was chased by a goose. It wasn't scary. It was more amusing than anything. It was a big goose though. I ran around. Then there was a goat and it chased me too.

Something about the beach.

Chase. We are being chased in an unknown place. A squatters area in an Asian city. I separated from the rest and thought I lost them.

I came upon a playground surrounded sparsely by trees. I hid on the slide. A kid saw me. From nearby, I saw one of our pursuers, a guy who was wearing a kingly red-and-white robe and a crown, pretending not to see me. He was waiting for the right moment to catch me.

CR. Korean. Eyes. Question..

I was running from someone or some people. I was in our house back in our hometown.

Underground. I was watching a small tribe on a boat in an underground river under a house. The leader was female. They got lost chasing someone (me?). They redirected the boat, but didn't realize it was headed out to the sea and not back inside. Once they were on the sea, there was a huge open mouth out of the water. A big fish was sucked or simply jumped into it. They/We decided to avoid it. Then we had to hurry away from other huge water species.

We ended up in a wet market with all kinds of fishes. Some of them huge.

NOTE: Afternoon, 100

A party or gathering. LGBT. Escape. A small town. Manapla? A hidden path. We were trying to escape some people who were riding a jeep which will go around the plaza/QC circle and find us there. We hurried into a path that seemed safe. We criss-crossed the paths to make sure they won't find us. It looked like a small barrio. Rested in a house. Then, from afar, we saw the people chasing us. They saw us.

I was being chased by some people or some monsters. I was inside a building. Dark-yellowish tint. I was in the hallway. Behind me, there's a humanoid monster. I ran, but then found there's another one up ahead. I found a small, open "space" seemingly "carved" on the wall, with a couple of small boxes. I went there and covered my head and feet with the boxes, hoping it's too dark, and that the monsters are too stupid to realize it was me. Then, a spotlight moved about, and found me. The monsters went after me. I struggled and ran out.

I went outside the streets, jumped down the overpass, and grabbed on to the cyclone wire as I was falling down, and ran down the street to find a car. I found an auto and jumped in. I asked the driver where he's going. He said a word or place, but I forgot what it was. He looks cute, and he wears semi-formal clothes.

He does not seem to mind I'm there, and I think he was even humming as we drove through the traffic. I keep looking around, in case we might actually be headed where I don't want to be.

Then we were walking down the street. I keep looking back at him in case he gets snatched by the enemy. He looks very calm.

Fast forward, we were "racing" on the street. Running. There are people and monsters ahead of us. I raised my right hand, and a great light shone from my palms, and the enemies scattered. Then the "road" was a river, and then suddenly, the water fell below us: a waterfall. Yellow sky. I grabbed him and "redirected" our fall to a nearby wall.

We hid there. It's a small space on cliff, surrounded by low-lying walls. Just across, we can see it's a "base" of the enemy. We just waited there. Eventually, an ally passed by. A security guard who feels familiar. He probably has been in my previous dreams. He said everything's safe. We went "down" to the house. The one across has a new owner. Looked like my high school classmate Ken. He's with his family there. For some reason, I thought he might be angry at me for "killing" something or someone of his. A pet? I think I killed his "pet" to protect mine. Our eyes met.

I was (or we were) being chased. We were inside a mall, and I jumped over to other floors and run up escalators to avoid the chaser. Then I was in a forest of sorts. Or maybe a park. I used a flying unicycle. I encountered the inspector (who was chasing us) down at the plaza (unfamiliar). He tried to grab me, but I was able to push him back. I keep trying to avoid him in that area, but he's fast.

I felt very uneasy seeing him. Like he's going to do something bad to me. But since he's an inspector, and I'm probably a thief of sorts, I might have done something wrong, and he's just trying to bring me to justice.

I was with a group of rebels, in a forest of sugarcane. We were avoiding an army that is chasing us. Then we realized that there's some people up ahead. We can hear them.

We started to change direction, and we noticed that there's another group behind us. They're trying to trap us. We went sideways instead. I went ahead to scout the area, being the fastest in the group. I hid behind the trees and tried to survey the area.

I ran along the cliff behind the trees. I ended up in a "store" of sorts, in the middle of the mountain. It offers food and rest area. There was an old woman who was selling food. I bought some from her, but she was hesitant. I ate the food, but it was poisoned. She apologized because she was paid/threatened.

A future of ruins and robots. People fighting. There are robots. Some are flying. Clearing junk, or attacking people. Running. Chasing.

I was in a dormitory. There are other boys. Some are naked.

I was with a group of people. At least one is from a prior clan. We were all talking, and I mentioned how he didn't accept a job offer. Then I mentioned that he became a model.

Then we were in a department store. I found a balisong, and took it out. Steph was there and kid me about it. I saw the instruction saying it's for preparation for a zombie apocalypse. Then I saw a "video" sample. They used dogs, ducks, balloons, and cats to distract zombies. I was watching at a bird's eye view. They were in a place, with buildings and houses around. The animals walked, some tied with balloons. I thought that the zombies will not mind them. Then I saw the zombies (some are animals) block them. The living animals hesitated, and then they started running, and the carnage began.

I saw a duck and her ducklings being cornered to a door. Then I saw living humans. They attacked using a "whip with nails," and hitting the animals (living or undead?) in the belly, intestines, and the head. There was a voice over saying these are the most effective places to attack.

I was riding a jeep with Emerald. Going to Bacolod? For some reason, she wanted to stop for a minute at Victorias and buy something. I joined her. Then while she was shopping, a messenger said that the jeep went ahead. We went back (after she bought her stuff in a Japanese-style store), and found that the jeep had indeed left.

I was in some kind of resort by the beach. I never saw the waters of the beach, though. I was with friends/relatives, but I'm not sure if I saw them.

I was walking one afternoon, the sun not visible, around the area, with coconut trees everywhere, when I saw a lion. I ran, and it chased me. I was not afraid. More like worried that the others might get in trouble, so I called the lion to me. I climbed up the coconut tree, and it lost interest in me.

I noticed that from afar there's a lioness. She was looking at something to the right. Worried that it might be my companions, I called her attention. I think I threw something in her direction. Both she and the lion went after me.

I was no longer on a coconut tree. I was standing on some desks that are not too high, and that the lion might be able to climb easily.

I was thinking of traveling to a nearby island via boat. I was on the beach. I saw... me. A statue, or a frozen me. My lower half was that of a fish. I was frozen blue. I didn't recognize myself, and I looked for the perpetrator.

I recall some people. I felt I couldn't trust them. Was there a fight? I was using some powers.

I rode a black dragon to school. Seems like kids there use powers as well, and some use pretty cool rides. Night. I rode a younger dragon to school. We chased some bad guys. I found his parent, and left to him the chasing of the bad guys. They were defeated, but the young dragon only has 2 hit points left, and retreated.

A school. Our school. I looked around and found some of my "missing" or "left" notes. There are experiments in alchemy and various devices. I then realized that someone tried to create a device there. I recall some clan members being there. Threat? I gathered my notes, and presented a new(?) device to the professor which involves coffee.

I went to the front of the school, and something attacked my ride. He responded by a fiery breath. I jumped to the ground, and saw one fiery baby Moltres (no discernable part; it's all fire in the rough shape of a bird), and an egg. I seem to recall that there was a fight here between a phoenix and another monster (not sure if it was the Moltres). Seems like the egg is not breaking up, so I helped the phoenix out.

They transform easily into humans, and they were already quite big kids in human form. The young phoenix (in human form now) said that he didn't need help. I apologized for my impulsiveness, although the phoenix wasn't really mad. He's a young boy, and the Moltres a young girl. We were riding a jeep. We were in a stopover in Saravia. The young dragon (still in his black dragon form) landed on the jeep and peeked over into the car. His "voice" sounded male as well. I forgot what he said, but it seems he was asking the two demi-humans something.

I was in a school. I enrolled for the new semester, but it's a new school. Ateneo. Previously, I was in Lasalle. I "strolled" the school by "riding" cart and planking on it. I was cleaning wooden windows in the school. I was in an electronics shop in the school. I saw three effeminate students, led by a teacher. They were training. I somehow got the impression that they're also computer majors. I thought that the school sure is nice to offer the course even though there are only four of us.

I was being chased. Why, and by who, I am not sure. I jumped into the kitchen area.

I was in an airplane. I was riding with a person. A friend? An associate? We landed, and I went out on a sunny day in an airport. I checked that my watch shows 8:30 a.m.. Then I realized that I'm in a different time zone, so it's really 9:30 a.m. I found a clock on the wall and saw it's 11 already. I'm already late.

I was facing my locker. I put my stuff inside (folders and paper). I was thinking it needs a lock. Another student beside me locked his locker. I then suddenly have my own lock, with numbers on it, and requires a key.
