      I can't read Danish, but it looks like an epic dream and lucid. Maybe I'll google translate it to know how it went

      Lol yeah, it took like half the afternoon to read that, but it was worth the effort. The War and Peace of DJ entries. Another thing you might want to try is Active Imagination, which is something Jung did a lot of while writing the Red Book. It sounds for all the world like the WILD method, though he claims he doesn't fall completely asleep. You go into a meditative trance and watch the kaleidoscopic shifting images behind your eyelids until they coalesce into images that will then begin to move and become like a dream you can enter. In this way he says you retain full conscious functions, unlike normal dreams, and can be much more aware of what you're doing - in other words at a much higher level of consciousness.

      I've tried it recently and it works - it seems like I wasn't really asleep but was able to form dreamlets and interact with them. Very surprising and cool! Was able to gorm various dream images as i wanted and interact - though at times I wasn't able to really see things, but could sort of feel everything happening and was able to direct the 'dream'. I suspect I just tried to enter into it too soon before I let it fully form. Oh - I had headphones on listening to binaural beats, and did some chakra meditation to get into the trancelike state. Haven't been able to do it since because all the waking up to write down dreams every night - like 2 or 3 times - is leaving me so sleep deprived that if I try to mediate I just crash out!

      Hey Vesterguard,
      Nice to run into somebody around here who's familiar with Jungian methods....

      Hey Boss,

      Cheers for the lovely comments

      I hadn't spotted the theme of birds being evolutionay descendants of dinosaurs, yet it makes sense in the lucid dream that they are trying to get my attention. Especially so seeing that the dino end up representing an outdated belief, and a series of fears that are no longer serving me.

      The message of the birds then could be interpreted as a developmental path. Sort of in order to be happy and fly they are pointing to the present moment as an opportunity to investigate emotional baggage and outdated cognitive structures that needs to be updated to progress.

      I have actually tried meditating a bit in dreams, both lucid and non-lucid alike, and yes it seems potent, there is an easier time towards letting consciousness flow outwards and approach oneness in my experience, though it is limited. I am reading about dream yoga at present, so think it will start taking up more of my time.

      Thanks again for the comments, and for taking time to go through that massive wall of text and still have the energy and motivation to help out <3

      Hey Vesterguard,
      Nice to run into somebody around here who's familiar with Jungian methods. I've been doing a lot of reading into them lately. It sounds like you've got this imagery well in hand, but just a couple of observations I'd like to share in case you haven't spotted them:

      It occurs to me that birds are the evolved form of dinosaurs. I wonder if your dream image had evolved into a more conscious form and then you kept trying to contact the more primitive one? Possibly birds would be better able to communicate? Or could transform into something that could.

      Also, the meditation mat. Are you familiar with dream meditation? Basically when you become lucid just don't interact with the environment or characters at all - sit down and meditate and let everything dissolve into a void around you. Supposedly it is far better than waking meditation.

      Hrm, of all the fears to choose from, this one is quite unique.
      Been with me since early school years, I had to walk past a house to get from the school to the club house (a place you go after school because your parents are working) and they had some reeds(like) plant outside and I kept thinking how horrible it would be if a leaf somehow found it's way in between my eye lids and punctured my eye by slicing it.

      Ok ok.. I should make a stronger attempt to rein in my aggrssions and extend my apologies to you ^^

      (one of my biggest fears is having my eyes slashed by reeds).
      Hrm, of all the fears to choose from, this one is quite unique.

      She looks younger and paler than her picture (and compared to how she has looked before) and seem to have quite a naïve expression on her face. I don't really have anything to say to her. She is all dressed in black.
      Sounds about right. I've been feeling off lately ... blue and burnt out. I saw myself wearing black a few days ago too.

      At this point I ask Kaomea if she is actually Kaomea or just another DC, and she confess to being a dream character.
      Hey, for the record, I'd like to stop and take moment to define what exactly a dream character is. My personal definition of a dream character is someone who is in your dream Now, there are other factors which indicate lucidity and consciousness but that is not what you asked. I think all people in dreams exist to some extent, at some level, with some level of consciousness.

      So, technically, that could have been me but I just wasn't accessing the dream while you were.... WHICH MEANS! You punched me down an escalator. Bad friend! Heh, I've been wanting to use that smiley.

      Ok ok.. I should make a stronger attempt to rein in my aggrssions and extend my apologies to you ^^
      Lol, no of course not, don't you dare. If I was lucid that could've turned into a great sparring session.

      Awww Sometimes we're our own worst critic and yeah, trying to be infallible on an any level is setting oneself up for failure because we're continually growing. I'm glad you're shedding parts of it and you seem satisfied with it's progress. I heard this helps but I think that's a lie ... but who knows ... heh

      I think my secret is a combo secret, first off I think I have a narcisistic disorder (at least a mild one) which means that whenever people are talking and I can't really understand or hear what they are saying I assume they are talking about me. Due to my low selfesteem I think people are making fun of me as soon as I am not around them. This in particular gets reflected through paranoia when I smoke, but really it is just an amplified aspect of my personality. I am however starting to talk about it. Other than that I expect myself to be infalible which is stupid on an intelectual level, but I am having a hard time shedding this on an emotional level :/

      Stay tuned though.. I think I am getting closer to discover the source of this skeleton =P

      Heh, a skeleton in your closet. What's your secret? I guess wearing it as a necklace means it's no longer a secret?

      Thanks for commenting

      Spent quite a bit of the night awake due to A: writing down dreams B: not being able to fall asleep due to light and C: some ADA practice I considered a good idea seemed like it would interfer with my ability to fall asleep.

      Went and invested in a recorder though, should alleviate some of the problems from A and B ^^

      I think the God Slayer thing was primarily directed internally, me conquering my own fears. I get embarassed when I have to lead people don't like having people below me. Not at all fond of hierarchy =P

      AWESOME recall. Whew and what a wall of text. I like how you're facing whatever is provoking fear in you. Ummm and God Slayer? Lol, you could be like Nomad and make your own Kingdom of Nothing and be the God of Nothing. Well ok, you can't be THAT because Nomad is that... but you could be something equally impressive

      Plants and worms huh... I see a few patterns emerging, lol. I like the pool dream and then shouting a command to engage your awareness... just awesome.

      Lol, and you said 'cool beans' ... makes me wonder if you actually thought that during the dream XD

      Iron.. bane of the fae.. it's like acid to them, won't go near you if you have it on you

      They can grant you great power, but everything has a cost.. sometimes you can buy stuff with a good story, other times you will have to sell your first born ^^

      I like massive comments

      Was well up for lighting myself up, but dream faded and I was "No no no no no.. stay here!... damn!" still woke up laughing though ^^

      Have a feeling faeries will be playing quite the part in my dreams from now on, they have been making frequent appearances lately and it is nice to know a couple of tactics should it come to a fight ^^

      1: They are big on hospitality, if you can establish this sort of thing you can solve anything non-violently
      2: If the shit hits the fan, make sure you have Iron on you ^^

      ... maybe play around with my Blasting Rod, which is not a euphemism for a sexual organ.
      Suuuuuuuure. We believe you though since you made sure to clarify your intent

      I am in a hospital setting, though the surroundings seem more like the room is located in a sewer. There is a patient on the table and there is a female doctor working on him. She is using a plant or the extract of a plant and manage to cure him of whatever ailment it was that he had.
      Interesting you're dreaming about plants now. Plants actually do have an immense amount of healing properties... and are connected to a different energy overall... cool beans.

      It turns out to be a brain disease (I later discover it to be caused by the same plant that cured him). Either the dream shifts or we move rapidly from the sewer setting out in to a natural setting. We are in a park there is a woman with me, a researcher, maybe Kaomea, not sure, but I don't think it is the same doctor who treated the other guy.
      I like the side comments you're making... the thought process behind your dreaming is interesting and how you're learning to recognize energy... consistent energy. I'm curious to see how this works for you when other dreamers are incorporated. Which... they will be. I tend to read other peoples DJs because it gives me a heads up as to their energy so it's easier for me to spot and recognize when I do see it in dreaming. I don't understand how the brain does this or how the recognition part works though. All I know is that some people are very very clear in their energy, and for those who are less clear, that takes more effort on my part to be more sensitive to them.

      The guy is in a bad shape and he is rambling. Not sure if the rambling is caused by the disease or a love craze for the researcher accompanying me. He wants a picture taken of his head and he wants to show her that finally he has a big brain. He thinks she will find it attractive.
      HAHAHAHA. You know what's funny though, that's true XD I was just having a conversation about the size of a brain vs the size of ... other things... and how brains are massively more impressive. D'oh.

      We have the plant and we are running towards the spot where it is to be planted. I find it a tad weird that it is in the middle of the park accessible to everyone, but she insist.
      It's cuz you share the good stuff. No sense in hoarding something like that, making it accessible to everyone makes the world go round. On a side note, I do find it strange your dream of excitement revolves around a plant. Funny

      We find the spot and all of a sudden a guy comes running towards me and past me with helicopter gun ships on his tail. Shots are fired and I see splinters from trees right in front of me.
      As I was reading this I was thinking of Mzzkc. I know, I know... it's a very general theme, anyone could be 'a guy running from helicopters', but ... yeah, I don't know. I've been rethinking how some of this dreaming stuff is absorbed and 'seen' lately.. you're bringing up good questions/observations that I haven't previously given much thought to. You're being a pain

      I take my posse and dive towards the right and we run to a little hole in the ground that has obviously been prepared for just the plant. The researcher runs and starts putting the plant to ground (Seeing her now she reminds me an awful lot of my partner from the shootout from a couple of nights ago, so in retrospect it is probably Kaomea).
      yeah, and it's REALLY annoying when people start changing their form and even moreso when they change their energy. It makes recognition that much more difficult. There's a way to recognize someone across all spectrums but ummm... that takes a lot of energy, lol.

      However there is little time and we have to abandon the plan, I am not sure because of the feline/troll faery or he comes immediately after, but when I see him I turn lucid.

      He shifts his gaze around and spots us. I immediately get the feeling that he only perceives me as a disturbance and he charges me. He could easily rip me in half, and due to his odd looks I am a bit anxious when I, based on my intuition alone, drop to one knee and compliment his home. Had he not been faery this would have been the end of me. Instead he stops mid charge and looks at me somewhat confused.
      Good tactic! Lmao, confusion is AWESOME.

      The researcher and another guy (maybe the one who came running) are a bit ahead of me, not in danger of the fae as he wants something from them. In all fairness it might be better to call the bastard a goblin, which he looks like more, which essentially still makes him a fae, though of the Wild Court. and are pretty much already in the little shed.
      I find it mildly concerning you know so much about faeries and goblins.

      The goblin shifts his eyes to the prize and I am left outside. I look at the goblin intently and eventually, because I complimented his house, he waves an arm around in a common cross cultural gesture “come inside”.
      Cool beans!

      “I thank thee humbly for thine hospitality and your graciousness as a host accepting me into your house as a guest”. It actually comes out rather well though my voice is a bit muddy at times, I think to myself that this little speech is rather good compared to my normal lucid speaking. The speech serves a function though it, it serves to establish a traditional and sacred bond between host and guest the faeries MUST adhere to. It serves to ensure my safety, as the goblin must protect me as he would himself as long as I am his guest.
      Lol, I had NO idea that was the protocol for them. I'm pleased.. cross cultural knowledge can sometimes be very very helpful.

      The goblin gets the plant and the runner and the researcher is huddled down in the back of the building. There might be a small stream of water in the house. I stop to wonder at this point if I should start exerting direct control, but the plot of the story is just too damned good to start ruining it like that ^^.
      D'oh.

      We have to get out of here and I start looking for ways to achieve this. I have a slight (rather, a MASSIVE!) advantage over my friends, being a guest, whereas they are prisoners. The goblin has taken the plant and is now up in the corner under the roof of the shed. His body has turned redish and blue in some areas, and I discover why, he is smoking the freaking plant.
      Haha, a goblin smoking a plant somehow is a great visual.

      Right next to him a smoke detector, appears. Difficult to explain. There is an incipient smoke detector that manifest when I look at it. I come up with a plan. I am going to burn the building down and utilise my status as a guest to ensure that the goblin will have to focus on me and my safety while my friends escape.
      yay!

      However I still have my shirt and I contemplate if I should just set fire to myself or take it off and start a fire in the building.
      Ummmmmmmmmm. That would've been funny trying to put you out if you put yourself on fire. You should've opted for that, hahaha.

      I feel the dream fade and wake up before I can see it to completion.
      Damn!

      ~~~~~~~
      Sorry for the massive comments. I just enjoy this one... and also enjoyed how your logic and thinking is unfolding.
      Yeah this night was horrid, can't recall having a nightmare since learning about lucidty and then WHAM! twice. The last one was actually what freaked me out the most, had shivers running up my spine for an hour, which is why I decided to start writing it down rather than going to sleep again. I didn't feel alone in the room and, masculinity aside, I felt seriously unnerved.
      Becoming more aware of energy means that .. well .. we become more aware of that which we can't see. Learning to cope with fear and not allow it to control emotions plays a big part in ... well life, I guess. But learning to understand what's around us helps us manage how we experience fear.
      But.. that being said, there are times I'm fearful, but that's usually because I haven't been given enough time to understand a situation/person/event.
      I think it's awesome you had nightmares... sign of heightened awareness, hahahaha. Now face your fears like a man!
      Regarding the Mermaids I didn't intend to flay the people that followed me, it just sort of happened because I was trying to wave them back through the portal and they stood too close :/
      haha no problem. Also, I've been thinking about putting the time in Universal time... but that seems like a lot of effort. I'll just manually convert it if I need to reference something.
      Nice bit about the buses and the girl by the counter. Obviously not a direct sync but close enough to motivate me, haha.
