I went to a Nas and Damian Marley concert about a week before you had this dream in an amphitheater! Crazy, huh. It was the first concert I have ever been to in an amphitheater.
So, what's the lesson to be learned here?
Sounds like a little adventure to the astral plane which is between the physical and dream plane, kind of a mix of the two. It also reminds me of Wonderland, with all the size changes.
Lovely dream. I had a similar dream where I was meditating with a thousands of dream warriors in a lemniscate floating in space.
I have to fall into line with M3sterneugit. Having an episode of correlating dreams, let alone nonchanging dreamcharacters which prove to be intelligent and indipendent seems to be a honorable achievement, or lucky predisposition, however you want to see it. ...Why can't I do it?
Beautiful.
I need to test if it feels realistic, so naturally, I climb into my monitor to see if the falling physics are correct. Naturally. That sounds like quite the experience...I'm glad you got to feel so at peace at the end.
It is your stories that make me want to lucid dream even more. AAAAAARRRRGGHGHH!!!!! Why can't I do it?
Aw man, I was hoping to read another Yuya and Liv story.
it's probably going to be awesome... LOL! Hell...awesome. Awesome!
That's such a cool dream!! I'm jealous!
Awesome!
HAHAHA. I had a dream I was in Hell last night, in fact, one of four lords of Hell where I made Dark Templars go the crust of the planet to pick flowers for me to decorate Hell. And, we danced.
Haha, true.
You should use rush-tactics in dreams, time is precious!
Thanks I have had 'natural' lucid dreams for as long as I can remember. My dream recall was pretty good in my early teens, maybe because I incorporated things from my dreams into my own stories and comics. At some point it greatly decreased though, and I have only remembered like 1-2 dreams a month for the past few years before finding out about lucid dreaming. Once I started experimenting with techniques it all came back. According to my physical DJ ~1/5 of my dreams are lucid. I don't post all of my dreams online. Some are quite boring, for example if I'm at school. I often don't even write those down properly in my physical dj, I just note that I had a dream about school.
Ah, stress. It kills recall...never good. I'm glad that you posted again though, I love reading your DJ. Also, are you a natural-born lucid dreamer, or have you developed methods and skills over the years? I'm curious, as you almost always post lucid dreams.
Awesome. I wish the Doctor would make himself as useful in my dreams!
When she asked me if I'm awake, I'm sure she meant "awake in the dream world", or in other words, if I'm lucid and will remember this dream, which is why I replied that I was. Judging from previous conversations and other observations, I'd guess that I am not in the dream world when I am awake. It seems however that the dream plot progresses even if I don't remember my dreams.
What did she mean by she could "mostly" tell when you're awake? Let's say you are awake in real life or waking life right now. What would that mean for the you in the dreaming world. Does she still perceive you as living a life there or what? Hahaha just something that came to my mind when I read that conversation. Also because you remembered she went to get drinks when your dream started.
