Some FAs are nice like this one.... allows you to recap the dream before actually getting up. I've noticed the more I recite what happened (while still in the dream), the easier it is to recall when I wake up.

I agree with this, except for one drawback.... Sometimes I'll actually get the whole dream written down and move on with my business thinking that I don't have to try to keep it in mind anymore, and then by the time I actually wake up it's gone. Usually I wake up in mid-sentence, though.
