Many of the people who are taking part in my school project have written to me and said that they somehow attained higher awareness of their dreams, by either experiencing their dreams differently or remembering more of their dreams.
I did the second part of my method "Opening The Minds Eye" I can't let my people skip ahead so I will not tell what I did.
Anyway I accidently noticed one of my awakenings during the night and fell back to sleep.

I had some dreams before this ,but I don't remember them anymore.

I had a dream about me standing outside of my house I looked at my hands, and become lucid. I was in the dizzy state that I hate, but this time I remembered that I wanted to try the spinning technique.
I started to spin and thought to myself "The next thing I will see is a dream, I am dreaming". In the middle of it all everything turned black and I got a little disapointed. But then I found myself standing there again and I did the spinning once more, and now I was fully aware of my thoughts, I was as aware as I am in the waking life. I could remember what I wanted to do and so on. So I started to feel the texture of a brick wall with my hands. but later on the dizzy feeling came back...
I was now laying in my bed, and I went to my computer to write down this dream, but when I started the computer, it shut itself off, like it sometimes do. But this time I got a message saying "There is a problem with your harddrive[ would you like to restore?" I clicked Yes "Then I had a terrible realisation. All my work about the Dream Project is on the computer and I only have one old backup, which means that I have to rewrite alot of stuff.
As you all might have guessed this was a False awakening nighmarish (not really I didn't felt that scared, just frustrated).
Then I woke up in my bed, although I could have chained this dream, I wasn't paying attention to that.

So the spinning technique is a way for me to get more conscious in that sense, that I can remember real thoughts and concerns in the dream. But after I have spinned I should stabilize it alot more, and if I wake up I do a reality check.
