    [17-03-2018] Night one

    by , 03-17-2018 at 12:38 PM (528 Views)
I'm near my grandma's house, in the street behind it. It's a cloudy day. I already appeared lucid.

    - Ok, another lucid dream, I have to make sure that I don't forget this one
(For some reason, I have lots of lucid dreams but don't remember most of them all)

I rub my palms together to stabilize myself, but I'm really stable at this moment, everything is super vivid.

I start walking down the street.

    I don't remember anything else

Well done What did the street look like? Do you remember how you were feeling, or anything out of the ordinary that made you lucid?

Intriguing. Even before making any attempt at getting LD, most folk usually have to build up recall first. But it looks like you don't have to go through that hurdle. Are you a natural LDer?

I felt "lucid", it is a weird feeling that I have when I have LD's. I just "know" that I'm dreaming. The street looked normal, just a cloudy day (As most of my dreams, my dreams are either at dawn (in the dream) or cloudy days, might be because those are my two favorite weathers )

I started practicing LDing 3 years and a half ago. After trying different day-time techniques, I've set myself in ADA, and after that, just mindfulness. After that, having LDs became "natural". The only thing I had to keep working out was my dream recall, which I dont do since a year approximately. I still have lots of LDs (I remember when I am at the beginning of those), but fail to remember them at all.

Another interesting thing is, sometimes I manage to WILD when napping (Im not really good at it), I enter the dream, and after that it's like "I fall asleep" inside the dream. I wonder how can I improve this

Ah, so that's how you've managed to get LDs so frequently. With just a bit more recall, I'm sure you'll outpace the whole lot of us, lol.

Also, those unintended, fatigued WILDs are recurring for me as well. Best guess is these occur during low-to-no-REM stages. Thus, it'll likely be an uphill battle to do much except probably wait it out in-dream. I've read notes of others doing just that in these instances.

EDIT: Oh, yeah. Almost forgot. Remember to tally up your score in the Spring Comp thread!
