So, I've been really stupid. When I woke up this morning I remembered getting lucid, and two decent non-lucids. The lucid dream (although very, very short) stuck with me throughout the day, but the others have slipped from my mind (usually they don't that easily ). Went to bed: 22:00 Fell asleep: 22:30 Awakening 1: 06:00 Fell asleep: 06:05 Final awakening: 06:45 Methods, supplements and techniques used: water method, apple juice. Daytime techniques: Regular state checks 1: Lucidity at my old house I am standing in the house I grew up in, but no longer live. I become lucid without any particular trigger and don't need to reality check either. I am pretty excited, but my level of awareness is really quite low. I instantly decided to try telekinesis (which has never really been a goal of mine yet). I tried to make a bowl rise above the table it was lying on using my mind only. I believe it worked, but it messed up stability instantly. Somehow a stabilizing method I have read about a couple days ago came to mind: rubbing my tongue against the inside of my teeth. It worked really well, but I don't remember anything after that.
