It is extremely rare for me to wake up & not recall any dream or dream fragment at all.

It is extremely rare for me to wake up & not recall any dream or dream fragment at all. But today I did. I think it was because my body was just so exhausted mentally & physically that I got some true sleep.

This would also explain, the increased likely hood of vision/hallucinations during waking state. (I'm not sure if their is a technical difference between a vision and a hallucination, maybe its just they're general content).

lol WEll I am sure it wasn't a hallucination. It's something along the astral line.

Vision/hallucination means its something perceived during waking state rather than sleep state, is all.

Hallucinations, or hypnagogia, are basically early-stage dreams experienced when one is still awake. It's very normal, nothing magical about it.
