non-lucid

I was living in this glamour palace like condo's. But each one looked way bigger inside than outside. I had multiple pools & walkways. It was like a utopian society if I was to liken it to something. Beautiful landscaping. I was showing my family around & I had babies. Then I realize I have another house because someone asks me what I'm going to do about my dogs in the other house. It's another glamorous place but it's a house. I then realize I'm dreaming because I don't have any dogs anymore. And like right on cue Meesha cat wakes me up, lol. I tried to go back into the dream but I couldn't keep it stable enough so after a few minutes I just gave up & got up. It was getting rather dark & sad. I've had enough of dark & sad lately in my real life so I sure as hell don't need it in my dreams.

I've been watching shows like "Beachfront Properties" & other shows like this so it's no wonder I'd dream of this.

D1: I was searching for my grand daughter in this restaurant that catered to kids. It was very large & had one level but the big rooms where u had to go up a couple of steps through the doorways into each of the birthday party rooms & games rooms. I searched for her everywhere. I stumbled onto some unsavory characters as the place branched out into some other rooms. Then I woke up.

D2: I was back searching for my grand daughter by I notice the place has changed w/ more unsavory ppl. I did run into a church group so I asked them if they had seen her. They said they'd help by it looked like the real leader of this group were some more shady characters. I kept coming across drug dealers & a room where they were doing some nasty shit to some little kids but I was so out of my element that I just wanted out of there. I had an idea that maybe my parents house was only a couple of hrs away & maybe the church guy at least could at least point me into the direction of a phone or some ppl who could give me money to get there. I finally got outside & was walking down the sidewalk when I woke up w/ a horrible stomach ache.

#1: I was dead. I was looking down @ my partial body body laying in a marsh along a river. I see my legs & feet. It's disturbing. Locals are saying they accidentally killed me. I'm watching all of this unfold. I see a cop handling the investigation. I feel like he has got this & there will be answers. He says she'd been thrown off of the bridge & ended up in a marsh. I rarely see any part of myself in a dream & I don't remember ever looking at myself like this, especially in this context.Meesha Cat woke me up.

D2: I was w/ my parents & we were @ some kind of reception area. It's circular & you walk down to a row of tables & down again for the next row & down one more time for the bottom row. It reminds me of "The Love Boat" tv show on the cruise ship for some reason, lol. It was really elegant. It was just normal family conversations that I would've had as a child going somewhere w/ my parents but we are all adults here. My mom is worried about what ppl will think & are told not to embarrass her, lol. Thank God she is more relaxed & enjoying life now & not all uptight. Meesha Cat woke me up again.

D3: I was @ this restaurant by the beach kind of place. It looke like a version of an old clam bake except men were diving in to catch fresh fish w/ some odd looking sieve bucket or something. They were catching things like squid & yucky stuff. No seafood that tastes good like lobster or something. A man sitting at my table was going to get to try his hand at it. He finally gets to go in & I get to come closer. It looks like a cement wall is barely flowing water over it. It was really interesting how they utilized the sea/ocean in such a way to make an entertaining dining experience. Meesha Cat is waking me up a 3rd time tonight. I'm not happy with her.

I didn't have a lucid tonight but lately I have been picking up speed again with them after my break. I just finished my second journal over this past year since March but most of it looks like gibberish until I put it on here.

I've been very busy IRL & had 2 of my grandkids all weekend so I've been rather busy & then I had to sleep a lot Monday & Tuesday because I pushed myself too hard this weekend. But I did have a whole lot of fun! Not much by way of dreams due to my pain meds.

***I was living in a cabin in the woods. I'm asleep & think Mike is in the room but instead it's my mom. She said she just dropped by cuz her & my dad were driving through in their RV. I told her I could make her some coffee & I looked into the refrigerator to find something to feed her. I said "hey, there is some beer in here if you want some." I say this half talking to myself & become lucid because Mike & I don't drink alcohol. There wouldn't be beer anywhere we would be staying. I say out loud "we don't drink anymore". I then notice that the fridge is almost bare & the food looks old. Almost in shock I look up on the top shelf & then lean into the fridge because I see there is no "top" of the fridge & I only see the cabinets above it. She tells me she is going into town for food. I'm still contemplating the fridge, kind of in awe. I laugh because I'm thinking, "well isn't this a strange dream!" I realize she is still talking as she leaves & adds "dad is out off doing something" just as I am wondering where he is. I go out the sliding door & I'm on a deck looking out & see a huge tree. I walk down & look at it in wonder. I know it's the magical tree from the book I'm reading. This is so cool!! I then look to the right of the tree & there is a limo. I open the door & my mom is sitting in the back seat behind the drivers side putting her feet up on the back of the passenger seat. I start laughing because I just saw a woman do this in a show I watched & my mom is all slim now like she was when I was a kid. I got woke up by Meesha Cat so I'm disappointed that I didn't get to play w/ the magic tree!

**I was w/ a group of gypsies. I've been watching a series w/ gypsies & werewolves. I am in a kitchen sorting plants so that we don't eat the poisonous ones. The man in charge gives me a compliment & said "Now that's how people should be." He was talking about me caring about others & not just myself.

**I was in a school where ppl were turning into dust after they ad found ways to invest money to make money to sustain an income instead of working. This was to free up time to enjoy life. They were sharing in detail how to do this but I couldn't catch all of how to do that. I had come in toward the end of the conversation. The leader & his followers would turn back to dust afterwards. Apparently this happened often here. I walked around the school inside & outside when they appeared out of thin air again. But unfortunately Meesha Cat woke me up.

Sunday: I was in my home town I lived in when I was a kid but I was there for a job interview where I had to wear roller skates & work w/ this male friend I know IRL but he also reminded me of (JJ) someone else that I won't mention. I had others there to lean on & to give me good references. But I now had a boss who was flirty when other ppl weren't around. Mostly it was good though as the dream progressed. It was about how I'm okay now & have moved on. Reminding me that I'm a very different person now.

Wednesday: On some weird reality tv show w/ 5 yr olds. We take a train on the way to a store & I see a familiar scene & mention it. It was a moment of lucidity but it fled after that. We had to go to a toy store & the girls were to pick out things to use to survive but they had to be in this weird Christmas section that only had toys. I remember this same scene from around Christmas time. We went back to these stables & each girl was in a stall. It was pouring rain. They had to make a fire & were using doll legs for logs. This dream was just weird as shit.

D1: I keep having lucid dreams about my husband but we are both young & don't look like us. It's really odd. I've had 4 this week like this. They are just of us spending time together. I think it may be because we are really enjoying changing things in our house. We are almost done hanging these Led Starry String lights w/ remote. It makes our living room & dining room have this nice warm calming feeling. And we now have a cheaper way to fix couple of other things. It's so liberating after raising our 4 kids!

D2: Chained right on into this dream by walking through a door. I was w/ my ex-girlfriend in a setting that looked something like the Domestic Violence Shelter where had met. It used to be an old school & very nice. Kind of like a dorm w/ a gourmet looking kitchen w/ sitting rooms and such. I've mentioned her a few times on here & the fact that we were best friends before our relationship. We had a falling out so we don't talk anymore but I think of her now & then because she has cancer. This dream was particularly odd. She looked younger & really thin. She acted like I knew she would. I seem to always become lucid where she is concerned & this was no exception. I just spent time talking to her even though she wasn't being sincere & being manipulative as usual. I just wanted to stay there a while regardless to see what I could learn. I think I've learned that I have made peace w/ this situation but it's sad nonetheless.

D3: I was still lucid & chained right into a different setting by using the technique of looking at a single inanimate object. I was looking at a bed first & then a door. I walked right into a woman's house. Her grown man child was talking to her like a dog. I was very calm as I was in the last 2 dreams. I was very focused on the very white walls of an apartment. It was very very nice. I could have done some cool stuff but I'm working on the details & control so I just comforted her & helped her stand up her son & his friends. My control over my emotions was very new in dreams. It's the one place you can do things you probably won't do in real life or on rare occasions. But calm or more accurate peaceful, in dreams is strangely hard for me. I took the time to do this as I walked in & out the door. I woke up feeling like I did a meditation. It was very serene.

Thursday January 12, Non-Lucid: My childhood friend Shannon & I & some other friends of ours were in some sort of picture posing contest. At the end we submitted the photos that we had taken at a checkout counter which was of course odd. There were rows & rows of candy.

Friday January 13, D1: Non-Lucid: I was staying w/ others at what looked kind of like a bed & bread & breakfast but it was actually a huge house w/ many several kitchens, floors, rooms & no sharing of bathrooms. It was very old but not run down. On the contrary that is what made it very beautiful. It had recessed panels in the walls which are something you might see an older library or very old home owned by someone wealthy. There was a creepy man running the "Inn". It felt like there were people in the walls which made me uneasy. It all felt like a very sinister situation which caused me to wake up. I snuggled up to Mike before I went back to sleep because I felt so uneasy.

Friday January 13, D2: In & out of lucidity: I unfortunately chained right back into the dream. This time me & the mans son who was also there found a dead woman in one of the walls in a kitchen. Me & the other guests weren't being allowed to leave now. I was pleading w/ the man's son that we wouldn't tell anyone if he could just help us escape but he was terrified of his father. The son was a grown man in his 20's so it seemed as though this more young man had seen many horrors for quite some time. Me & the other guests had many failed escapes which only made the owner even angrier. I finally just woke up out of fear.

Saturday January 14, Non-Lucid: I was in a minimum security prison but not sure why. I was in a class w/ Dana Carvey the actor/comedian. I was drawing a plan to escape but I'm not much of an artist. He said he'd give it some thought. Another day we came into another classroom much like the first & I sat in the chair that the "Top Dog" of the prison usually sat at. She was angry when she came in but finally let me sit there because I needed to sit there to see out the windows & out of door while I was sketching more ideas for an escape. Later she was very impressed by a fuse system I had developed to help us escape. My wbtb went off but I couldn't fall back asleep because I had to get up & check out the weather again. We have been doing this sense yesterday due to the ice storm warnings.

Sunday January 15, Non-Lucid: My childhood friend Bobby & I were at a water park. I really wanted to stay asleep because I haven't seen him in a crazy amount of yrs. But of course I did anyway. The dream was pleasant & just a typical dream of having fun at a water park.

Monday January 16, Non-lucid: This dream is funny but graphic so I need it to have a spoiler for ADULT CONTENT>

I was in a motel room w/ my younger sister Dena. We were getting ready to go to sleep. This is the second dream I've had about a week apart that I was just dropped into a dream scene. Apparently we were staying there because a man was stalking me or something. We had just got off the phone w/ a detective. The only light in the room was just small bits under the door to the room itself. I couldn't see my sister but I could feel her sitting next to me in the bed but I was scooted forward when I sat up unlike her who was sat up against the headboard. And here's where shit gets fucking weird. I feel a strange feeling in my vagina & instinctively put my hand down there. It was all very life like as though I had all my senses. A 9 volt battery came out of me! As a second one was coming out I yelled at my sister to call the detective back & to get here quick. She was really annoyed at her attitude but I didn't tell her what was happening. I think she was reading via a book light but I never saw her. I laid back on my back & pulled out 2 more 9 volt batteries out. Right then I heard a man in our room & I told my sister a man was in here w/ us. I couldn't decide which thing freaked me out more so I ran into the bathroom & checked to see if my vagina was okay. All out of batteries! Apparently I take 4 9 volt batteries, ROTFLMAO! I opened the door of the bathroom trying to get back to my sister but it didn't open up into the motel room but a busy hallway that looked like a busy courthouse. A woman passing me said "There's no cops here" & just walked on. I woke up IRL & ran to the bathroom & checked my vagina for batteries! It was such a realistic dream. This was definitely one of the weirdest dream ever!


Sorry for the delay in posting. We've been under a severe ice storm warning from Thursday-Sunday. There is a whole preparation list of shit to do when this occurs. My generator has paid for itself the year we had no electricity for a week & other catastrophe's we have endured.

Non-Lucid: I was in a flea market that I've never seen before & I was stealing things, mostly jewelry & eventually got caught but talked my way out of it. For whatever reason this dream was very long & boring really. I stole a whole lot of stuff.

Non-lucid:
I had a few dreams but they all had the same motif. I do not normally have many dreams of ppl I don't know IRL but I had a whole night of only that. I was jumping back & forth through time. Time travel seems to be a common theme for me. I was in a very old detailed house w/ a lot of big dark recessed paneled walls. In the future it had an outer space like feel. An enormous ship but I'm on the inside so I can only assume they were mother ships of some kind or at least that's what I'd compare it too. But people are not talking like that. We are just discussing the being in the past & now being in the future. The dreams themselves were very complex & detailed but I just can't explain it in a way to do it justice. And the same ppl stayed the same age which I found odd. I guess because I couldn't quite make things add up in my own mind, in turn it became even harder to write down.

Non-lucid: I was a part of an oddly large family. We were moving from boat to boat to live. A male was helping to load the boat w/ clothes that he had put in some kind of order. He had to dive into & under the water to retrieve them. Later we all were put into groups. Grouping by male & female & put into separate boats. I didn't recognize anyone, even the ones that were supposed to be my family. I was now the person who had to dive under the water to retrieve the females clothes. I am so not sure what this dream means.

Today: Dream 1/Non-lucid: I'm in a house w/ an incredible amount of rooms which is a common dream sign for me. My grown daughters & their kids live there also. My daughters keep telling me to get the ceilings fixed because there are holes in some places & I keep telling them that it requires money that we don't have. Some person I don't know tells me to at least get an estimate but I persist & saying that they will call social services & take the kids away because I can't afford to have it fixed & it will cause unnecessary troubles for us. IRL Meesha wakes me up & I pull my covers over my head & chain the same dream scene but I'm lucid now & the scene changes. (D2: Lucid) I'm in a store that looks like a big box warehouse like a Sam's Club. A man appears & I'm behind him & we seem to be waiting in line like you would be at a Wal-Mart Pharmacy. I just bumped right into him as I fell into the scene. I apologize & explain that I am deaf in my left ear. IRL this happens a lot because of my hearing loss so naturally I automatically say this. I'm confused that I just got dropped into the scene this way & turn around to take in my surroundings. I see rows & rows of these absurdly large bins are there. It reminds me of another dream I had about Christmas, when it wasn't remotely Christmas season. The bins just go on & on w/ discount items in these big bins. Meesha is relentless & pounces on me IRL & wakes me from this. How annoying. I would've just got up & shut the door but Josh is still here from Christmas break so I can't shut my door incase he needs to use our bathroom.

Mike & I have been making changes in our house to make the lighting low & calming. But right now my son is home from college & has interrupted what has been our only time off for a long period like this. I'm still waiting for the clips to come in to keep our lights in place. We also changed the lighting in our bedroom & only watch TV in the living room which is liberating but unfortunately disturbed by our son being here. He yells into his damn headset while we are watching tv & sleeping but Mike never says anything to him. I just come off as been irrational which is insane. I just want to hear what we are watching. Hence me dropping into the lucid scene. I do not want to be forced back into my bedroom. It was the whole point of getting a new TV & system for Christmas. We are finally at a place in our lives that we need to be alone & can't be. So I guess my dreams actually make sense if I look at it in that respect. He is in his 5th yr of college so that means about a year & a half before we are actually alone unless he gets an internship that isn't here in our town. But even then he will come back for his breaks to see his friends.

Non-Lucid: I keep having the same kind of dreams. I see things, ppl & events happening that are just out of the ordinary but other ppl can't see them. I saw ppl jumping off of a cliff like place but they would float down but others don't see them. It's a common theme. But when my husband is in these dreams he knows exactly what I'm talking about & he sees the same things. It's like we are a team.

I'm in a really good place in my life right now after taking some time for my family. I feel good, I'm emotionally good & now my husband went back to work after his vacation. I'm sad he is going back but I'm sad "for him" not because of it. He just turned 55 this week & his 35 yrs at his job has made him sad. It bothers him that he feels enslaved of sorts to the system. Where normally a person would be proud that they had a steady job that long, he doesn't feel that way. I can't figure how all of this applies to my dreams.

I had a whole night of nightmares about Mike. I didn't get much sleep at all. When I went to bed I had a raging headache & it was making me not lay still so I felt queezy too. Mike said I was saying "Don't tell Mike" while I was sleeping, lol. I told him yup that would be me telling a cab driver that you were acting insane. I only remember fragments & I didn't want to ruin Mike's day so I just talked to him when I woke up instead of writing it down. He's on vacation & he didn't need little crazy me to interrupt his vacation by saying "hey I have to go write down all my creepy nightmares I had about you last night". I just told him why I had them. He was w/ my while I was Christmas shopping & he doesn't really like to shop for Christmas especially on his vacation so both of us were stressed out. I'll just be glad for it to be over this year. I have a better plan for next year after some success w/ some online shopping this year.

I was in charge of a group of kids in an apartment building that was turned into something that seemed to be a group home setting. We started out at the house but then we went camping. We rode around in a van. At one point I needed to get out the social security numbers for the kids at the camp ground & I realized I was dreaming because I know how I store my family's numbers but in this dream there weren't even my real life ones in my purse, lol. I kept looking for a long time because I know how numbers are almost impossible in the dream world. So a part lucid dream for me but not really all that exciting.

D1: I was initially w/ my family but then I woke up in my dream & someone was grabbing Mike. We are somewhere else now & it's all pristine & white. I realize we've been drugged or something but it's wearing off of me first. I start walking down a corridor looking for a way out but then it wasn't so clean anymore. I was fighting off hands that were grabbing at me. I was being knocked down & had to get up repeatedly. I realize my whole family is here somewhere when I see Mike again but I'm just terrified & just want to get out even though I'm conflicted about leaving them. I know that I can't save them by myself. I finally get outside but there is only old fencing & I'm still afraid. A guy sees me & tells me not to go the way I'm going & points me in another direction. I woke up but fall right back asleep.

D2: I'm back in the dream. I find help but then I wake up.

That was so very weird.
