My recall was horrible today. I've come to realize I've been caught up so much in my chaos that is life. Therefore, with the anniversary of my Lucid dreaming lifestyle approaching, I am going back to reinstate my everyday routines. I'm meditating with a jigsaw puzzle & implementing timers on my phone to help recondition my mind. As a side note this is the first time I've used my phone for the site & found it doesn't allow for color. So that's why I didn't color code.

No dreams. Taking meds. Have Vertigo & can't go swimming again. The whole world is spinning. Need rest.

Non-lucid:I was with my husband & we were trying to pull into this parking space at some apartment complex & he came in too fast & we slammed into a parked car with these angry men in it. I told him to just get us out of there so we drove away & were driving very fast down a long dark highway. We came upon this big house somehow & went inside. There were all of these family portraits all along the walls, down the hallways & staircases. I don't know why we were there. Then I woke up.

I was rereading a Harry Potter book before I went to bed to help with my dreams so I guess that's where the pictures came from & getting away from bad people too, lol.

I finally got around to reading what the task of the month was. Looks doable.... I'm starting a book called "The Untethered Soul" by Michael A. Singer today. I'm hoping it will help to produce a lucid tonight. Or at least that's the plan since it contains things pertaining to LD's.

Nothing to write today. Got woke up & had to take one of my daughters to the ER. She's 5 weeks pregnant & was bleeding. They say we won't know if she lost the baby for 3 days because they need to run another test then due to her only being 5 weeks along. I only got on here to log this.

Sick today.

Meesha kept up both me & my husband all night! So I don't remember even having a dream. I'm exhausted. So when she woke me up at 5am today I decided to feed her & play w/ her. I think she just needed some extra Meesha time.... Since we got her just around 3 wks ago she hasn't initiated the play, it was always us & now she's initiating the playing herself which is a good thing. I feel a lot better that she now feels part of our family.. So thankful we rescued her from the Humane Society. And I guess we also lucked out & got an actual purebread Maine Coon for such a low price. Anyway, I digress. I will attempt a nap today & hopefully I'll get a LD & successfully complete another challenge for the TOTM.
